Todd (the owner) did an excellent job measuring--very prompt, friendly--and delivered an extremely competitive price. When the blinds were installed there was some miscommunication about what type of blinds were supposed to go in our daughter's bedroom--we thought we had ordered blackout blinds but instead ordered light filtering ones. Todd was extremely gracious and promptly addressed the issue, re-ordering blackout blinds, no questions asked. We were incredibly impressed by his commitment to service as I would not really expect a vendor to be so accommodating in a situation like this. We could not recommend a friendlier, more competent service than Indiana Blinds. They will be our choice for any future work in this area.

Todd came to our house to do an estimate and measure the windows. He was courteous and professional and knowledgeable. His price for the blinds was very competitive/reasonable. Todd's installer was also very professional.

Their measurements were exact and perfect. They were prompt and they cleaned up. The price was excellent and I feel my shutters are far superior to others I have seen framed, etc. Todd showed me how to have them installed so I can still tilt my windows in to clean (others didn't) and he took the time to make sure the dividing area from the top and bottom sections of the shutters were the same on each window and the door for optimum look to the rooms. I would definitely use again and refer to everyone.

Todd was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and knew his product well. He came to our home and measured the windows. He provided the quote while he was still there. His quote was less than the other 3 companies I had considered for the same product. He ordered the shutters and did the installation. The final result is beautiful! I will use him again for any window covering needs and highly recommend him.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL, ANOTHER COMPANY TRIED TO INSTALL BLINDS AND THEY HAD IT WRONG 6 DIFFERENT TIMES. INDIANA BLINDS AND SHUTTERS CAME TO MY RESCUE. THEY GOT ME TEMPORARY BLINDS WHILE THE SHADES WERE BEING ORDERED. THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY THAT WE HAVE EVER USED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

PHONE CALLS WERE RETURNED, SERVICE APPOINTMENTS WERE KEPT AND TODD MADE SURE TO CALL AND VERIFY TIMES AND SUCH. I FELT THAT I WAS TREATED VERY WELL, AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE MAN WHO OWNS THE COMPANY, TODD SMITH, IS SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. I WAS THOROUGHLY SATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICE. THE INSTALLER, DAVID FISK, WAS WONDERFUL. HE REALLY TOOK HIS TIME AND THE BLINDS LOOK GREAT! OVERALL, IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE SO REFRESHING TO HAVE AROUND! HIS PRICING WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AS WELL. A LOT OF TIMES IN THE SALES PROCESS COMPANIES ARE GUNG HO, BUT LOSE MOMENTUM LATER. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE BLINDS WERE IN WITHIN A WEEK AND A HALF. HE HAD TOLD ME TO BE PREPARED TO WAIT 2 AND A HALF WEEKS. HE REALLY OVER DELIVERED.
