I had a contractor replace my water heater. Afterwards I noticed a distinct "Rotten Egg" smell in my water. After many failed attempts with the original installer(who no longer works for me), I contacted Hope Plumbing. We talked about the problem on the phone and he was pretty sure he knew what it was. We scheduled an appointment for him to come take a look. He was right and left to get the part he needed. When he returned about an hour later, he installed the correct rod, flushed the system and answered my questions. My water is now fresh and clear. Hope plumbing did a fantastic job and took care of my problem quickly. These guys are the best

Went very easy and used the deal as our current garbage disposal was 10+ years and wanted to take advantage before it went out.

The shower faucet was dripping, they came and tightened and now we have no more problems.

They guy that came out was very professional. He was honest about the fact that we could probably deal with the leak for a while longer but he said that it could also start leaking at a much faster rate than it was. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy about us needing to get a new water heater right away. The person who did the installation was on time and professional. I will definitely use Hope Plumbing again.

They got the job done quickly and well. The last time I had someone here to fix one of these Moen faucells, the tech didn't have the right tools. He spent hours on the thing. Hope had it done in 30 minutes - good as new.

The techician from Hope arrived on time, replaced the shutoff valve in less that an hour and made no mess doing this work. He was polite and friendly as well as professional in his demeanor We wil definitely call Hope Plumbing the next time we need some plumbing work done.

They try to reseat a toilet. I had to have him come back because the drain was leaking all over. I would not use them again in the future.

Called at 7. Heard back by 8:15. Arrived at house at the exact time they said they would. Diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. Ran out to get the part. Installed new part and was good to go in under 20 minutes. Works perfectly.

I was able to be scheduled very quickly. The provider easily diagnosed the issue with my water softener and repaired it quickly and at a very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised as another provider had indicated that I would need to replace my softener. I'm very pleased and will use them again.

We used one of Angie's List special offers to purchase a tankless water heater. We were able to get an appointment for the installation very quickly. The team arrived on time. The men removed and hauled away the old 80 gallon water heater. Then they attached the new tankless unit to the wall. They needed to run a new PVC vent out of the house which they did. We asked them to attach the unit to the inside wall, which caused an additional charge because the pipe had to run 25' across the basement ceiling. The men were professional, pleasant and very neat. They were very knowledgeable about their product and answered all our questions.

I own a very old home and needed one of my outside water faucets fixed. It has not worked since I moved in about 10 years ago but I noticed it was leaking and I couldn't shut it off. Called Hope Plumbing and Roger came out the next day. What should have been a relatively easy fix was not. He was in and out of the crawl space many times and basically busted butt. Now I have a working outside faucet for the first time. Roger did an excellent job!

Everything went wonderful and the puce they charge was good. They did a good job and they did a lot because the house isn't that huge but they have a lot of things here and so they have to move things and so on and be careful. They were very nice and looked so well and no problems at all/ They were neat and everything just goes great. I was very pleased with them. They knew what they're doing.

It went well. We discussed all the options including a full line replacement. I received several estimates which were all comparable. There were suggestions to fix the entire line at this point but all things considered went with the spot fix which was only 4 feet deep. punctual polite quality work

I called to get a plumber to my Indianapolis home. When I gave the receptionist my address in Indianapolis, she told me that I was likely outside their service area. I told her that the Angie's List page says that they service Indianapolis and she replied that she didn't think they did the south side. "We mostly do Broad Ripple" was her reply. But she took my name and number and said that she would verify this and get back to me. No one ever called back. I was very disappointed but will try to find a better plumber on Angie's list tomorrow. I'm writing this so folks will know that "Indianapolis" doesn't really mean "Indianapolis" and you will want to lower your expectations about their ability to serve you unless you live in Carmel or Broad Ripple.

We first noticed some "bulging" in our ceiling below the upstairs bathroom. Hope examined the issue and quickly identified the issues causing the leak. The price was right around where I expected and provided me with two other quotes for future work. They met their time window and were professional throughout.

I just think that they do a good job, and the owner is always good about calling you. Also, their prices are competitive.

I called several plumbing companies and found Jack to sound the best and answer all my questions. He offered options which the others did not, like just replacing my old pump and using the old battery and charging system which is what I thought I would do but his option was much better for the long run.

Estimate was given three months prior to service and they still honored estimate price. Service was professional and quick. Worker also gave some advice regarding potential bathroom remodel in the future at no charge.

Our hot water heater stopped working on the same day our bathroom sink stopped draining. I called Hope the following morning and they were able to send out a repair team that afternoon. They worked swiftly, effectively, and successfully. The three problems we had when they arrived were no longer problems when they left. The technician explained all of the options available to me when it came to replacing my water heater and was patient while I called my husband to discuss. Then, out with the old and in with the new. It is working great! Then, they went upstairs to unplug our sink. They worked diligently and were after much effort working in a 1920s bathroom with little space, able to unplug the sink and it is now draining better than it has since we moved in eight years ago! The last bathroom was just a slow drain and while we waited to make sure the first sink was driaining I asked if they could look at that sink. They added an agent, which we believed has helped a little. The sink could probably use a full snake, but that was not part of the service that I had requested when I called. They were just helping me while they were here and were waiting, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, my water heater had become so riddled with hard water sediment that it would no longer heat water effectively--even though my home is only 6 years old. I called three service providers, including two great companies I have used in the past, and Hope Plumbing had the lowest rate for the water heater itself and installation. Scheduling an appointment was fast and hassle free, and I had a real appointment time--not a 4 hour window. They did call when they were on their way to the appointment, which was great. When Jonathan and Robert arrived, they introduced themselves, told me what to expect, and gave me an approximate length of time it would take. They removed my old, broken water heater--at no extra charge. Both gentlemen were very professional, and because my utility room is conveniently accessible from the garage, it took them much less time than they had expected. This resulted in a lower installation fee. I also received an extra 5% off because I found them on Angie's List. I would highly recommend Hope Plumbing, and I certainly plan to use them again in the future.
