Diane is fantastic. I've used her twice. She is very thorough and definitely works with the client to make sure the property and the result fits their situation. Be prepared for an excellent communicator. She is very aggressive about making sure you know what exactly is happening, when and how. I would rate her an A overall. I will definitely use her again in the future.
