She was par-excellance but I have health issues and thus made the experience uncomfortable for her; but her part was premier.

I was very impressed with Hilary and her professionalism. She met with me prior to the engagement and was very thorough in her questions to insure that she provided excellent care for my pets. Her professionalism, punctuality and caring attitude towards my cats relieved any concerns and enabled me to enjoy my vacation without worrying about home. She provided updates during her visits which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet or home sitter.

Hillary from Home Elder Life was great! She was easy to get a hold of without getting details with. When she came to my house for the initial consultation she had lots of great questions about things I wouldn't have thought to have info about. She clearly loves animals. Safe, reliable, friendly, she even left treats for my pets for when I got home.

Hillary Brown is very personable and really cares about animals.  Our cat tends to be shy but he warmed up to her immediately. We had an initial meet and greet, which was no charge.  Hillary asked a variety of questions, and wrote down the answers.  She had come highly recommended by a friend of ours.  When we got back he still had food, she had left some cat treats and human treats with our bill on the kitchen counter.  We will meet again today for payment.  I would highly recommend HELP and Hillary Brown.  You can tell that she is a caring person.  We plan to have her come and take care of our cat again when we need to be out of town for an extended period of time.

Hillary was friendly and professional. She arrived on time ( a little early actually) and worked steadily. She understood and respected my priorities and double checked with me a couple of times to be sure she was being thorough in her task and not missing anything. Based on reviews by her other clients, I left Hillary with the keys to my apartment to complete the job while I went off to an appointment. As we pre-arranged, we met later that afternoon to settle my bill and get my keys back. Hillary's tasks were simple, but due to a hip injury I could not do them myself. I am brand new to Indianapolis and used Angie's list to find HIllary. Her help took a load off my back and helped me re-establish some normalcy in my apartment. I intend to hire Hillary again for help with errands, even after I am back on my feet. Hillary was a pleasure and a diligent worker. I highly recommend her.
