Home Inspection
He walked through every inch of the house with me. I got several estimates and theirs was very reasonable. I've given his name out to several friends and would recommend him to everyone! He even sent me a detailed follow-up report.

Home Inspection
Eric Brown was a very good inspector, friendly and courteous. We accompanied him at the inspection and he explained things to us, and additionally wrote things on the inspection report that we were concerned with, but did meet code. Was very professional and responded to us in a timely manner. He was recommended to us by our realtor, as her #1 inspection guy.
