Tasheana & Miguel make a phenomenal team and I knew when we were ready to purchase another home after losing our previous one to mold, we’d no doubt use them as our realtors! They were fabulous from beginning to end! The first day I reached out to Tasheana she scheduled a showing the same day! We saw many homes but kept coming back to the same one. Tasheana & Miguel made the process less stressful and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future!

Update: They sent me a Facebook message attempting to intimidate me so that I would remove my review from other locations. This woman was a NIGHTMARE to work with. She was selling the home I bought. Multiple times she berated my realtor for errors that she had made. The city posted a notice (about the electrical) on the window of the house shortly before closing and tried to blame my realtor for her contractor's (i.e. her husband's) mistakes. After we contacted the city to find out what exactly the issue was, she still would not own up to her own mistakes. There are shortcuts that were clearly taken all over the home. No ventilation in the roof. Cement and construction trash left in the backyard. Surfaces not correctly prepped for paint which led to paint peeling off. One cabinet in the kitchen is dingy yellow while the others are white. The shower was caulked incorrectly and not sealed around the spout. The tub and shower always look dirty. Not sure what they did to it, but the shower surround will not let me clean it. I have tried everything. Trust me. She was rude from the get go. She and her husband yelled at my realtor on the phone MULTIPLE times and sent unnecessarily rude emails. Avoid her and her husband. I'd give negative stars if I could. My current neighbors told me how often they could hear the husband yelling at his crew everyday. Don't waste your time and energy.

Tasheana truly went above and beyond to make our experience go as smooth as possible. She was patient, understanding, and even encouraging when we presented the long list of homes we wanted to visit. Throughout the tours of the homes, she would be sure to share her knowledge and point out if there were any areas of concern that she noticed. She has a great understanding of the Indianapolis area and was able to direct us to areas that were safe to raise a family! All of that being said, she’s also a true joy to be around! I highly recommend Tasheana and would use her again in the future for any of our relator needs!

Tasheana and Miguel are AWESOME! She found us our first home, and Miguel was able to assist us when we found water damage in the house the day before closing. They were very professional and did an amazing job . My husband and I are so pleased and grateful to them. They are continuing to assist us with updates to our home.

I have worked with Tasheana and paid attention to how she speaks with us, her clients, constantly ensuring she is knowledgeable of the property. Tasheana finds a personable and friendly relationship with us. She understands the importance and stress each of a client feels and works to alleviate or work through any concerns. She shows up on time and answers the questions that sometimes only a realtor can answer. Her job is to be a realtor but her passion is to find individuals and families a home.

It went great! Tashena is a real estate agent, but also has experience in Interior Design and Decorating. She has an eye for detail and knows what type of decor would look fitting in home settings. She is exceptional at helping new home owners like myself get organized - moving is very overwhelming. I was glad to have Tashena's help once I got moved into my new home. Tashena helped me organize my belongings once I move in.
