It went great! Tyler was very professional, did great work, and talked me through any decisions that needed to be made. I would definitely use Tyler again, and have already asked him to estimate another job for me.

I had a good interaction with them. While it may have cost me a bit more than I initially though, the handyman that came out was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue.

All in all it went okay. The guy refused to work with anyone else though and tried to do it all himself which caused more problems carrying the tubs upstairs and all. The work got done but it took longer than planned and I had a lot of fixing to do afterwards. I hired a licensed plumber to finish the work downstairs and a licensed electrician to finish the electrical work. Happily I was selling the house. I wouldn't use them on my own house.... the plumber anyway. Hire a professional!

It went well. The work was well done and he was punctual and polite. However, we had a different view on the work to be done, so I still have to have the faucet installed in the 1/2 bath. I do like their work and will soon hire an electrician from the same company.

Over all decent experience. Minor issue here and there which can be expected on any construction, however, the employee did a good job and the office worked with me to get the job done. I would use again.

#1 This work ended up being delayed by a month due to their lack of management and communication. On the first day the project was to start, they called me and asked if I had someone come out and mark underground utilities. No, I didn't know that had to be done, and usually the contractor does that, not the homeowner. I did not receive a call prior to the start date requesting that I do this, they wait until the day of the job and then say the project can't start. Once this was done I called them and they scheduled me a week out, no hurry... #2 On the next day the project was to finally start, a guy called me and said it was going to rain and he didn't want to work in the rain. He said he was watching the radar and a storm was heading my way. He said he could start the next day, I said ok. It ended up not raining at all that day... #3 The next day he shows up, stands around and takes a lot of breaks while only achieving a little progress. After his 1 hour lunch he came back, worked for half and hour, then said he had to leave for a doctor's appointment. He promised to be back the next day and finish. The next day he called and said he had a flat tire and couldn't come, but would be there the next day. The next day he didn't call or show. I finally told them I want someone else to do the work. They then scheduled me another week out to finish the job, no hurry.... #4 Finally 2 guys show up and do the actual work in almost half the amount of time I was quoted. The workers were nice and did an ok job. No issues on this day other than being overcharged.

he was good, he did fine, a good job. He was very prompt and efficient. It was easy to get him to come out. I liked the efficiency and promptness.  I thought the was expensive.  

Bad and unprofessional. I had called and set up an appointment for the company to come out to provide an estimate. I received an email the day they were to come that provided the date, time and contact information of the company. The handyman never showed and I received no notification that he would not be coming. I will not be using their service nor would I refer anyone to their company.

Great. Andy was my Handyman. He did my full kitchen remodel. Was quoted a competitive price, but it was really his knowledge and personality that sold us. He was always on time and professional. It didn't seem like there was anything he couldn't do. I will use again!

Nate did a wonderful job. He was prompt and even gave us some additional ideas for other things to keep up on that we didn't even think about.

When contacted, they refused to honor the deal. They told me that I should ask for a refund because they were not "interested" in doing the described work.

Once again Paul from the Handyman Connection has proven that he is at the top of his game with his proficiency, thoroughness, and by completing the job wonderfully. I am always pleased when I see Paul and his caliber of work. Thank you again!

I called Handyman Connection on 6-29-16 to schedule an estimate appointment. I was seeking to have a Nest thermostat and 4 Nest smoke/carbon monoxide detectors installed, a furnace filter replaced and kitchen remodeling. I needed the appointment to be at 4:00 pm or later because I work. The earliest they could schedule me was 4:30 on 7-20-16! I've been a satisfied customer of Handyman Connection in the past so it's frustrating they aren't able or willing to serve customers who work in a more timely manner. I called back later to inquire if there was an earlier appointment, there was not, but I was put on a cancellation list. I hired another handyman company that was able to provide services much more timely.
