Carpet Installation
THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG VINYL. THE INSTALLER WAS ACTUALLY OK TO WORK WITH. THE SALES GUY, ED PASTEUR, WAS FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES AND WAS NOT PRODUCTIVELY COMMUNICATIVE BETWEEN ME AND THE INSTALLER. FURTHERMORE, HE DID NOT INITIALLY TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROBLEMS.
