They have done this as well as weekly maintenance for many years now and I've been completely satisfied with their work.

I have used H20 Pool and Spa Services for opening and closing my pool,
plus weekly services for the past 6 years. Their service is always superior. When they
open my pool, they clean my automatic pool cover, install all my pool
equipment and hose down and clean my deck. I can always count on them
for my weekly services and if there is ever a problem with my pool
chemical balance or anything with my pool in general, they call me to
let me know there is a problem and what they did or need to do to
correct it. My pool was closed on October 16th. They put all my pool
equipment away nicely in my garage, cleaned my deck and made sure
everything looked nice when they left. I would recommend them to
anyone.

This cost is approximate which includes opening the pool and about 5 weeks worth of service. They opened my pool in May. It started off by them throwing out the filter to my cover pump each week. I called them and complained about that and they said they would replace the ones they had thrown out but never have done so. I waited 5 weeks to call them and tell them that they weren't getting the pool vacuumed well and that I was experiencing excessive wrinkling of the liner this season. There was a major amount of dirt in the deep end of the pool and the only reason I didn't know if it had been that way for the entire month of May was because the pool was so cloudy I couldn't see the bottom. So, I called this week and they came out two days later to look at it. Basically they told me that it was my fault that the pool liner was wrinkling because I didn't open the pool cover often enough. Oddly enough, he didn't even ask me how often I opened the pool cover. He told me that he cleaned the pool floor every week and there must be something wrong with my pool cover box if it was that dirty. He asked me if I had my pool cover box cleaned and I said yes. Apparently he didn't believe me because he said he wanted to see the bill. I haven't received the bill yet. However, when the Automatic Pool Cover people were out, they said that the box wasn't that dirty, but that he would rearrange some of the gravel in it anyway. So, that wasn't the problem.

The bottom line is that everything according to H2O was my fault. I mentioned that my neighbor was having the same problem with the deep end cleaning and he denied that there could be any truth to that. So, basically, as a homeowner, I am supposed to know everything there is to know about a pool and if anything goes wrong, it's my fault. Why would one even hire a professional if this is the case?

They arrived on time and opened my pool. It was a great surprise to find my pool open, even though I forgot about the scheduled appointment. They are efficient and pleasant to work with. I think they are a very quality service with reasonable rates, and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

The service we've received has been very good. They are prompt at replying to calls and taking care of our needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Pool inspection for a house we were to buy. The water wasn't clear- so couldn't check the bottom. After we moved in-the pool didn't hold water. There were 2 huge cracks at the top of the pool that they should have seen. We could have had the sellers pay for the repair had we known.

Crew is reliable and courteous. Cost is about $3000/year for opening/closing/cleaning/minor repairs.

They are easy to get a hold of. They respond quickly and give you advice for how to solve the problem on your own. They usually just do the chemical work, but they come out upon request to actually service the pool. They are a Christian company. They are very conscientious and treat you fairly. I like that.

TOM ARRIVED ON TIME, DID A COMPLETE JOB OF INSPECTING THE POOL. VERY SATISFIED.

PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE, BUT AT A STEEP PRICE. WEEKLY SERVICE IS $260.00 THEY CHARGED US $180 FOR A 50 POUND BUCKET OF CHLORINE. EVEN COMPARED TO POOL STORES, THIS IS OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH.

ON ONE OCCASION, THEY ACCIDENTALLY DRAINED THE POOL, CAUSING A NEWLY INSTALLED POOL COVER TO FALL INTO THE EMPTY SPACE. THEY ARRANGED ALL REPAIRS IMMEDIATELY, AND TOOK FULL RESPONSIBILITY. IT IS EASY TO RATE SOMEONE EXCELLENT WHEN THEY NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE, BUT THESE GUYS DESERVE EXTRA CREDIT FOR HOW THEY HANDLE A PROBLEM. GREAT, RESPONSIVE SERVICE!!

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, INFORMATIVE. THEY WENT THE EXTRA DISTANCE. THE GOT OUT ALL OF MY OUTDOOR FURNITURE AND CLEANED IT. THEY WERE GOOD. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD ABOUT ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND BEING HELPFUL.
