Description of Work: WE CONTACTED THEM FOR AN ESTIMATE AND AFTER A NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS TO GET THEM OVER FOR AN ESTIMATE, THEY WORK ON THEIR TIME NOT THE CUSTOMERS. THE REPRESENTATIVE WOULD CALL AND LEAVE MESSAGES TO GET THE APPOINTMENT CHANGED TO A HALF HOUR EARLIER, SINCE THEY ''..DO NOT WORK AFTER 3...'' HE CAME OVER AND LOOKED AROUND, WAS VERY PLEASANT, HOWEVER NEVER SUBMITTED AN ESTIMATE OR EXPLANATION. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BUT WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS.
