GLOVER'S TREE SERVICE

Called Glovers Tree Service on Tuesday and a "live" person answered the phone. Took my information and Monty called back and came to give an estimate within 5 hours. His price was well below the other service that I called. He said he would complete the job within a week. His crew came on Friday and completed the work in 1 and 1/2 hours. They were very careful because the dead tree was very large and very close to multiple power lines. They removed the stumps and carried away all of the debris. Monty was very knowledgeble and addressed all of my concerns. The lady that answered the phone was also very helpful and considerate. It was so nice to have a real person answer the phone!

This is my third time using this company and I have nothing bad to say about this company. Monty came and gave me estimates and a few days later my tree was gone. They are very professional and do a awesome job at cleaning up, I highly recommend this company for any work that may need to be done.

They did an excellent job and were very professional and courteous. They raked and cleaned up after completing the job. I was pleased with the work, price, as well as their professional opinion of my trees. I would highly recommend them. The owner, Monty, was here with the crew and worked right along with the others.

They were very good. The lady that takes the calls in the office was very pleasant. They were neat and friendly. They came back when they had missed a couple of branches. I just liked them.

Monty came out gave me a estimate and was very professional. Within a couple weeks when we were ready we had the tree and stump removed. They did an excellent job at cleaning up.

Monty gave us an estinmate after we walked around and talked about what needed to be done. He called us to schedule the work 5 days after giving us an estimate.

When I called them about the damage he was extremely rude and out of line and said he'd just see me in court if I was going to do something it.

Called to get estimate. In 2 days, they came out and gave estimate and did the work in about a week. Cleaned up after the work was done. Very satisfied, this company has done work for me before and I will recommend.

The gentleman was friendly, efficient, and had good ideas on how to trim the trees. He charged a reasonable price as well.

I was very satisfied and I tried to contact him again after a year so, but he was not available. I will use them again in the future.

Arrived earlier than expected with no heads up as to day or time - but I have learned to expect this from this type of business - and I was glad to get the job done Alll trees cut down with little lawn damage, area cleaned up well, stumps ground down well below grounf line - this was difficult for the large ash as it was at least 45 yrs old and had a very large stump and larger below gound - all usable wood was hauled away. Very satisfied

Arrived on time, finished on time. Got right to work had the trees down in no time and didn't damage anything in the process. Workers were polite and cleaned up the mess. Also did several things we were not expecting -- raked and smoothed the site of the seven tree removals. Monte was able to give us a price on some additional tree trimming on the spot. They did that also. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again. Gave service like you don't usually receive.

They came out and checked out what was to be done and gave estimate. We agreed and the next day they did the work. Very professional job and excellent clean up. Once the job was completed, you could not tell they had been there. Their professionalism and responsiveness to the task was exceptional. The quality of the work was exceptional. The money spent on the job was well worth it. I would highly recommend them. Great company!

They were out a week ago to remove trees, stumps, and do some significant trimming. I was home and looked out the window and noticed the lush greenery around the fence being completely chopped down, instead of just the dead and broken limbs as I had asked. There was miscommunication about what parts needed to be cut. They said they were doing us a favor by cutting down live branches. There is now a hole in the backdrop of my yard. It was very unsightly and we have lost some of our privacy. When they came out to fix it, he lied about what he had told me before and said there was a broken limb in the same are he was supposedly doing me a favor. They did not clean up limbs, logs, or debris, nor did they apologize or even offer to replace the trees. I called and let them know I was so unhappy and they got very argumentative. Also when they arrived, they didn't even come prepared with the equipment needed to remove the stump. He came out later that night. It would have been fine but they didn't even let me know he would be arriving so late, and it turned out to be loud and disrputive late in the evening.

We called Mr. Glover on Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a message. He answered and we asked for a quote on removing a tree from our property. He said he would be by in the morning to take a look and give us a price. He called and gave me a price of $ 150.00 to down the tree, remove it, and grind the stump. I asked how much more to remove two large bushes. That was another $ 50.00 to down, remove, and grind the stumps. Mr. Glover said he could have it done that day.We authorized the work and he showed up with a 5 man crew a couple of hours later. His crew jumped immediatley to work. From the time they arrived till the time they left was about 30 minutes. They were professional, courteous, and task oriented. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and above expectation. After the cutting crew cleaned up and left the stump grinder man showed up an hour later. He also finished his work quickly and professonally. Mr. Glover qouted us $ 200.00 and I was so impressed with his work that I paid him $ 250.00. I highly recommend this company for your tree service needs. Thanks again, Mr. Glover!

Monty was quick to stop by & provide estimate. Told him no hurry but I ended up calling him 3-4 times before he actually got the job done. I've used him before work is acceptable & the price is good.

I learned of Glover's Tree Service several years ago from a co-worker. We had Glover's come out and trim all our trees. They did a fantastic job, and since that time (approximately 6 years ago), we have always called them for our tree trimming and tree removal needs. I also refer them to my clients.

They were very fast and gave me a great estimate. They came out a couple days after the estimate and got the job done. The pricing seemed very reasonable and I would recommend them to others.

Excellent. Showed up on time. Did the work, cleaned up the mess and left. Very professional. New and clean equipment. Plus they were the lowest quote by $50-$100.
