Description of Work: GLOVERS WAS INVITED TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE ON A BUSH REMOVAL PROJECT. ON THE FIRST CONTACT, GLOVER SAID HE WOULD SWING BY MY HOUSE, LOOK AT THE BUSHES AND LEAVE AN ESTIMATE BY A CERTAIN DATE. THAT DIDN''T HAPPEN. I CALLED BACK AND ASKED IF HE WAS STILL INTERESTED, AND HE SAID YES AND WOULD MEET ME THE NEXT MORNING AT 10 A.M. TO PROVIDE THE ESTIMATE. HE DIDN''T SHOW UP. I GAVE THE BID TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. HE CALLED THE FOLLOWING DAY, A SUNDAY, AND LEFT A MESSAGE APOLOGIZING FOR RUNNING LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT THAT DAY. IT DOES NOT SEEM THAT GLOVERS HAS A RELIABLE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM IN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS.
