No issues. Good job!

It went very well overall. I met with Brenden about a month before and went over some things that would occur and what the roof would look like. He called 4 days ahead to let me know the schedule, which worked out fine as I was able to make arrangements for my dog to be at the Vet the day of the job.

Brenden took time on a Sunday to promptly bid on a job and was extremely friendly and concise about the scope of repair work.

Great! Recommended by other neighbors who were pleased with the work. Gave prompt estimate, worked with use to deal with adjuster's estimate, made excellent recommendations on materials. Crew arrived as scheduled, work and follow up were excellent.

From the original estimate to the completion of the job Brendan was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. His communication was excellent, and he responded to emails and phone calls promptly. Things were done in a very timely manner. He was very good about updating me with the job's progress, and left the house very clean after the job's completion. The new roof looks great, and he did well matching the ceiling paint on the inside. The stippling doesn't match perfectly, but I understand this is very hard to do and it blends well. He also adjusted the cost of the original estimate since the entire ceiling did not have to be repainted.

Brenden was very nice and professional. He emailed me a breakdown of his cost estimate for our roof and gutters on a 2500 sq ft house. His estimate was very competitive but we decided to go with another company that came in a bit lower price-wise. He was our second choice and I'm sure he would have done a fine job.

CLEAN UP AND JOB GREAT

I THOUGHT THAT GICKO DID A COMPLETE JOB AND THE CLEAN UP WAS VERY THOROUGH. THE PRICE WAS GREAT.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIM AND HIS CREW. THEY WERE NICE AND QUICK AND NEAT WITH THE JOB. I WOULD REFER HIM TO ANYONE. HIS PRICE WAS THE BEST AND HIS WORK WAS JUST AS GOOD. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH ANSWERING ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND ANY CONCERNS I HAD.

OUR NEIGHBORS USED GICKO ROOFING AND SAID THEY HAD A GOOD PRICE, SO WE CONTACTED THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NOT ON ANGIE'S LIST. THE QUANTITY ESTIMATE (SF) WAS 18% OVER OTHER ESTIMATES AND OUR OWN MEASUREMENTS. EVEN WHEN ADJUSTING THE $ FOR THIS DISCREPANCY, THE PRICE WAS 10% OVER OTHERS. NO PHONE NUMBER WAS PROVIDED ON THE ESTIMATE DOCUMENTS. WE FOUND THE PHONE NUMBER BY LOOKING UNDER FITZGERALD (THE NAME OF THE GUY WHO PROVIDED THE ESTIMATE) IN THE WHITE PAGES, AND COMPARING ADDRESSES WITH THE COMPANY ADDRESS.
