Description of Work: They help manage our homeowners association. All they seem to do is collect our dues and send out UNSIGNED letters about trivial things. They act as an interface to allow people who complain to hide behind anonymity. There is no way to discuss anything with the complainer and try to work out any grey areas. Worthless.
