They are excellent to work with including scheduling and helping  one make choices of material.  Pick up and delivery as promised.

The chair looks beautiful. The work was done in a very timely fashion, and I was happy with the price. Although I understand that they have fabric available, I was able to hit a 50% off July sale else where. They were fine with that. I loved the pillow that they sewed with a bit of extra fabric. They made arm covers too - which I understand are no longer free when you buy new chairs at the furniture stores.

It went beautifully from start to finish.  They provided an accurate quote using photo's I emailed.  The appointment was scheduled for pick-up and they arrived precisely on time.
They completed the work in only eight days (a quote from another firm a few months ago included an estimated completion time of about four weeks).
The finished pieces look magnificent - these were quality pieces made by Ethan Allen - and the reupholstery looks as good or
better than Ethan Allen workmanship.
Frost even provided two throw pillows as a bonus - and I love and appreciate them.
I've never had a better experience in having work done for me.  This is a Ten-Star Company.

They were pricey but did wonderful work.

The sofa was done first and was delivered within a week.  A very nice job but a little pricey.  Next, the chair and ottoman were recovered but it took a little longer since the fabric was back ordered.  Those pieces were beautifully done.  He even made arm covers for the sofa and extra pillows for both the sofa & chair.  I was extremely pleased with the work but felt the company was bit expensive.

I am completely satisfied with the work.  They even touched up the wood and made pillows.

We found Frost Upholstery on Angies List and basically hired them without even obtaining other estimates due to the Angies List ratings. Greg showed up promptly for the first appointment, brought sample fabrics (although we could have provided our own) and very efficiently gave an estimate on everything we needed done. We were especially worried about the single piece of the leather sectional whose support had collapsed. We have had terrible experiences in the past repairing one piece of a sectional and having it vary greatly from the other pieces in level of support and appearance. Our sofa is now perfect in both appearance and function. Our dining room chairs did not need new fabric and the frames were solid, but the support in the chair cushion was gone. Frost removed the covers, rebuilt the support and the padding in each, and now each chair feels brand new. Best of all, my beloved barrel chairs have been re-padded and recovered, and all the squeaks taken out of the swivel mechanism. They are gorgeous. AND 2 throw pillows were thrown in for free. And by the way, Greg brought more fabric books out to us when the first batch didn't yield anything for us (we're very picky). I would hire Frost again in a nanosecond.

They were excellent. They were quick to pick up the chairs. They were very nice to work and the quality is excellent. They worked around a vacation.

Only issue was that after selecting fabrics, found out they were not available so had to go through the selection process again.

At around 2am, we awoke to the smell of something burning. After a quick check, we determined that something within our furnace had "burned out" and sent the smell throughout the house. The furnace was not running and it was a cold winter night, so we call Service Experts right then to get "on the list" for repair the next day.  We then went to bed.
At 4:00AM, the dispatcher called us back to tell us that a repair guy wouldn't be able to come out until late in the morning (11am).  Now why he felt the need to wake us to tell us this - I don't know... but it was irritating to say the least.
The repair guy came around mid-day, repaired the burned out motor, convinced us to buy the twice a year service plan ($180) and left.
We learned later that night that the repair guy had incorrectly wired the furnace fan, so the fan would not stay on.  We had to call Service Experts back, stay home from work another day so they could come back and fix what they had done wrong the day before. 
We bought the furnace from Broad Ripple Heating and AC, but now that it has morphed into Service Experts... we're not happy with the level of service.  (See Feb 28 review as well).

I had used this company before for recovering a sofa and chair for my enclosed porch.  They came with samples a couple of times before I chose one, and the work was done within two weeks time.  They really do a great job!

It went very well. They picked up the 3 pieces on the day expected and delivered on the day arranged. They were extremely helpful and able to fit our needs and expectations.

Quick service after pickup (2-3 days). Work done professionally and at reasonable price

We had just signed a huge client for our business and we needed the furniture in our lobby replaced or re-upholstered. Frost provided us with a quote quickly and the price was fair for the amount of work they had to do, we were under a very tight schedule and they were able to beat the deadline we had to hit. The furniture looked like new when they finished the work, they were very easy to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

I contacted Frost Brothers, whom I got off of Angie's List, to recover 2 wingback chairs, 8 dining room chair cushions, 4 throw pillows and a runner for my buffet.  They were quick to give an estimate and very courteous and punctual in picking up the furniture.  I knew I'd selected the right company when they asked to take a regular chair and an arm chair from the dining room to make sure the recovered cushions fit once done.  The work was done to perfection in 2 weeks and was brought back and placed where I needed it in the house.  I will use Frost Brothers again for any and all of my upholstery needs.  Highly recommend!!

Office personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable.  Mr. Hasty came to our home with fabric samples and estimated the job.  The shop was ready in about a week and they picked the piece up to begin the job.  It was completed about a week earlier than estimated.The job was very well done.  We would recommend Frost without reservation.

Both Jeff (on the phone) and Greg (in person) were confident that they could fix our loveseat to our satisfaction, which they did. They did an excellent job, with the small exception of the re-fill material being somewhat unevenly stuffed. We felt as though we were treated professionally and fairly. They also retrieved an earing inside the loveseat and returned it to us...very considerate.

The couch looks like it came off the show room floor! They did a fantastic job. They even threw in some 6 or 7 pillows. Great quality of work and are very punctual.

We were able to pick out material from the samples that were brought to the house at the quote appointment.  The furniture was picked up and delivered on time.  The love seat and sofa should last another 15 years.
