The weather was aprox. 0 degrees. They were timely, pleasant, professional. Trash had been looked through and scattered by people walking thru the alley. So, it was not as neat at when first placed for pickup. When the 'Dawgs' completed the job there was no indication that trash had ever been there.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out wonderful. We like them very much and would have them back again in a moment's notice. They were very efficient, nice, did a lot of hard labor and were very reasonable. They came out soon after I purchased the Big Deal. The quality of their work was excellent.

The guys called before they arrived and I showed them the items I wanted removed. They gave me a verbal estimate of $300.00 and I believe that was based on the fact that it would take half of their truck. The desk and old TV were in the basement and the desk was large, metal, and heavy. The TV was the old style and heavy. I also had miscellaneous in a pile on garage floor and they took all that.
I do think the price was a little high.

I purchased an Angie's list deal of $140 worth of hauling for $115 from Junk Dawgs. I needed to have a small apartment emptied of remaining furniture and household items within the next 2 days. I was given a price based on the list of items to be moved/discarded, and we were able to complete the transaction to my great satisfaction. I came down with the flu the day of pick-up and sent a family member to meet the guys at the pick-up location. We had used Junk Dawgs previously and had an excellent experience so I was confident in their professionalism. We will definitely continue to use Jung Dawgs for hauling and moving in the future.

Kyle and Ryan showed up promptly, even called ahead to come early which worked well with my schedule. I had things put into the garage, but I hadn't had time to remove some things from the basement. They hauled those things to the truck for me as well. They were polite, personable and professional, They introduce themselves before we started and told me what they could take.. I highly recommed them and will definitely hire them again.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It worked out just fine. I had a storage unit that after I cleared out some stuff of the storage unit of what I needed out of it the rest of it was basically junk. If I remember correctly I had additional costs but I knew that going into it. That was clear and upfront and we had talked and we agreed for what ever it was to get rid of a couch or something like that. I used the coupon with a couple weeks before the end of that month. I've used a different service and they were comparable in price.

They picked up a recliner at one location, wrapped it in shrink wrap and moved it to a second location. At the second location they hauled away a broken recliner as well as 'junk' from our basement. They were supposed to arrive between 4pm-6pm. At 6:30pm they called to say they were about 10 minutes out. Took them about 1 hour to do all of this. Very efficient and professional.

These guys were great. They arrived on time, were very professional, careful while removing the items and concerned that they did the job correctly. They asked me to inspect everything once they were done to make sure that they removed everything that I asked them to. They cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend them and use them again.
