Excellent work. Great attention to detail. Great price. Used power roller to apply paint. Prep work very attentive to all issues. Really went the extra mile at times. I have received complements from neighbors on the appearance after painting.

Fine Painting did a GREAT job across the board. Everything was very professional, from the bidding process, clear through the prep/painting and final walk-thru. I am not an easy customer to deal with, and they dealt with my oddness in lockstep the entire process. I’d use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend the same to everyone else considering the, especially if you have a historic home downtown Indy.

Mike did a really wonderful job refinishing our front door. Several painters told us we'd be better off buying a new door. But Fine Painting gave us a reasonable quote, and got the job done in just a couple visits. It looks brand new again!

Great work! Came out to do initial walk though and assess our needs. Were able to match paint in places we wanted to keep same color. They painted while we were out of town on spring break and we came back and it looked great. Good communication with us while we were gone when there was a question. Was move in ready when we got back!

David was absolutely great in his painting. He covered everything up well, came up with great recommendations on the painting and trim, and worked very diligently. I would gladly hire him again for future painting jobs. Although it took a bit longer than we had anticipated, it was well worth it due to his great work.

It was just a very easy project for me. The ceilings took a bit more work than they had anticipated, but there was never any discussion about increased cost, which I greatly appreciated. They honored their bid.

Bob Fine came and gave us an estimate. I spoke to him a couple of days later and asked when he could schedule the work. He said tomorrow. (It was raining for several days so I imagine they had an opening for interior work). It was so soon that we had not had two of the new doors installed yet. Also, we decided to paint the floor in the basement, which was not part of the initial estimate. They came out and did the doors, that we had, and the basement walls and returned the next day to do the floor. It was a couple days later that we had the last doors installed and they are returning Friday to finish those. Very happy with the quality of work. We will be scheduling some exterior window painting when the weather clears.

Great. Clean, showed up on time, friendly, responsive

It went very well. Painters showed up on time, did an excellent job-both patching the walls before painting and the painting itself. You can't see where the patch was made, and the painting was done very professionally-no drips or splashes left on other surfaces. I'm thrilled with the end result. I have used this company before, and would definitely use them again.

They were very fast

I’ve used Fine painting in the past. I rehire because they are prompt, work is excellent and they call to follow up that the work was done to my satisfaction. They repaired a hole in my ceiling from a plumbing job. Matched ceiling finish perfectly.

Neal Fine came out to do the estimate. He was right on time, very courteous, and professional. The resulting estimate was extremely competitive. Chose another painter but only because I had to pick somebody. I had no qualms bout Fine Painting, however. Would recommend him to anyone.

They were very quick and efficient and the paint job looks very good. The whole process was smooth, from getting the estimate to scheduling the job to them arriving and getting it done. After they left I noticed that, being hurried on the last day, the window frames weren't a perfect job. When I complained they came out and did them all again without any objections. Then after they left I noticed that they had painted one of the ceilings the wrong color. Not sure how I didn't notice this at the time, so this was a slip on both sides. Anyway, they came out a second time and repainted the whole ceiling again very efficiently. Things don't always go perfectly, so company that responds to complaints and remedies them is exactly what is needed. They have been nothing but responsive and professional, and I would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend Fine Painting! They were knowledgeable about matching colors and minor wall repairs and did excellent work painting upstairs and downstairs interior rooms. They arrived on time as promised and the workers were very professional and people we were comfortable with having in our home. They completed the job when promised and even brought in some extra workers so the job could be finished when promised.

I was very pleased with the job they did. My whole house was repainted so they were there several days and I felt very comfortable with them in and out of the house. They made minor repairs as they spotted them and fixed any wall problems that I noted. They were referred to me by a friend and I would certainly refer them to my friends.

Very well; very professional

I am very happy with how the project turned out. While discussing the work I wanted done, Mr. Fine was professional and straight forward about painting options. The painting was done very quickly. The team was so clean I couldn't even tell someone had been in the house except for the fresh paint. Overall, I was really impressed and would use their services again.

I got three bids on painting before selecting Fine Painting. My husband, whose family runs a commercial painting firm on the East coast, identified Fine Painting as being the most knowledgable and thoughtful about our house's issues (wood rot, potential of lead, etc). Their bid was not the lowest, but the project went very well. Steve, the lead painter, patiently tried out many different shutter colors for me. He followed our very specific color directions. He replaced a broken window pane and storm, and a missing shutter. He was in constant touch by phone, letting me know when they would be there and when they were not.

Estimate was quick and easy, work was begun very quickly thereafter. Years of scuffs and dings erased, as well as removing wallpaper, covering damaged drywall, ceiling work (in one room), and an unexpected problem with a towel rack, all handled neatly and professionally. The result is beautiful and move-in ready (as I had hoped). Price was competitive but not bargain-basement, what Fine does is excellent work and shouldn't be expected to come cheap.

Fine Painting was fantastic. Neal came over, sent me a quote and we got started on the project soon after. Mike did a great job with the painting while Neal and another man installed the crown molding. Jack and Mike even helped me to get the new headboard put together and installed! Everything was cleaned up and orderly when they left. I highly recommend this company!!
