Great explanation of system issues, Todd worked up several options with competitive pricing, and they completed work on time and as budgeted. My electric boiler is around 30 years old and they have kept it in good condition. It is a family owned business. They are very knowledgeable, personable and seem to take pride in their work. They are concerned about giving value for my dollar. They are very reasonably priced as well. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

They are just great people. They are loyal. When I had some problem, afterward they just kept working on it until they found the problem and never tried to charge me anymore or anything like that. They are responsive, punctual, and professional. I use them all the time and I only use them.

The price is very reasonable. They are very professional and very competitive. They have informed us about the problems that our former contractor has not told us. It's an excellent company with excellent people. They are not messy and they clean up after the job is done. They just come, do their work and leave.

We have used Fellowship for many years for our HVAC service. They are not only professional and courteous, but they are HONEST. Unlike other companies that only want to sell you more stuff, these guys will work with you and your financial situation, and if necessary go the "cheap" way (but always to code) to get you by for the short term, but will also explain what needs to be done for the long term (and earning your long-term trust). They go out of their way to make you happy. A typical example of their integrity happened while they were at my house replacing the water heater. The main technician had called another employee to stop by and help him lug the old spent water heater from my basement. My elderly neighbor saw his truck in my driveway, and walked over (in her robe in COLD weather) and asked if they could look at her furnace. After helping carry the old heater upstairs, the second tech drove around the block to her house. The problem was, another HVAC company had installed a furnace that was oversized for her house (I didn't know that could be a problem), so it kept cycling on and off and would not stay on long enough to heat properly. He made adjustments to her furnace on the spot to improve the problem, although it will likely never heat properly and efficiently like a properly sized one would. In a nutshell, these guys are trustworthy, which in this day and age is priceless.

They were prompt, everything was great, they were wonderful, and they explained everything to me.

I like the work they did. They installed two new furnaces and two new air conditioners for me. They were very punctual and got the entire job done in one day. They were able to modify some duct work to make it more efficient for me. They were easy to work with and knowledgeable with their work. The nicest thing was that they sent the worker to talk with me instead of some salesman.

My experience with them has been great. I would recommend them to anybody and I would use them again in the future. They are prompt. They come when they say they are going to come.

This was the first time we have used their services. I like them a lot. I talked to three different companies and this was the only one that I spoke to the person who would actually install them. They adapted their installation to my current situation and improved on it. They did a very good job. They were in and out in one day and cleaned up after themselves. They explained things well.

They were excellent. Came on time, called the morning they were going to install to get measurements to make sure what they were bringing would fit. The water heater they brought out at the beginning - installed it, hooked up the gas, filled it, then discovered it was defective. It was 4:45 in the afternoon at this point. Called distributor to make sure they would keep the warehouse open late so they could go get another one. They had to drain the current one, pack it up and then take it to exchange it. They ended up finishing up around 6:00-6:30 ish. I was impressed with them.

Excellent! Punctual and did quality work. My old house gave them difficulties, but they were patient and stayed all day to do the work right. I also hired them 2x a year to service the furnace and a/c. They are always punctual.

Have used this company in the past--they installed my current system 7 years ago. Service staff polite as always, neat work, good estimate w/pricing for different options.

I HAD BEEN LOSING COOLANT IN THE AIR CONDITIONER AND THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM OTHER COMPANIES COULD NOT. HE CAME BACK TWO WEEKS LATER TO SEE HOW IT WAS DOING AT NO CHARGE. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE JOB DONE. OUTSTANDING.

REFRIGERATOR STOPPED WORKING, THEY REPLACED A PART. CAME ON SAME DAY AS CALLED & IT WAS EVEN A SAT.

NICE PEOPLE. HAD A FREON LEAK IN FRIG. THEY KNOW SHE HAS ASTHMATIC IN HOME, SO COME QUICKLY EVERY TIME.
