I can't really comment on the installation, because I was in and out and I wasn't there the entire time. The installers were very efficient and clean. They were also nice guys, I felt like I could trust them at my home.

Overall, it went well, I thought it would take two days and it did. I had to get my cats situated and out of the way for the work to be done. The installers were pet friendly, good,  nice guys and professional too. It has made a difference on being able to keep the heat in my home. I am pleased with the work done!

They came out to my home, it was a different crew then before that installs windows for the company. They were finished quickly and cleaned up after they were done. It also matches the other windows we currently have as well. I am pleased with the window and I appreciate them taking care of me, even know it was just one window.

This was great from the beginning to end! They came to our home and gave us an estimate with out trying to sell us or giving us a two hour long presentation. It took them a total of 20 minutes to measure the windows and go over all my options. I told them I wanted to wait and think about it, they had no problem with that. I was told when we were ready, they would be happy to come back out and take care of me.

One month later I decided to move forward and purchase windows. The installers did an amazing job! I am extremely happy with the performance of the windows and how well they look. The best thing about this company is they have over 10 different manufacturers to choose from, and they brought out several different options for me so I could choose which style I wanted.

I need new windows in my home that I purchased 5 years ago. I looked around at a lot of window companies and came across Factory Direct Home Improvement. They brought out sample windows to show me, I was limited to what I could spend so they worked with me. The installers were on time, nice, and knew what they were doing. They did the job and did it right! I would marry the windows but my husband wouldn't like that...The windows have made a big difference to the over all look of the house. I love to show them off too! Out of every improvement that I have made on my home this past year, this is the best investment I've made!

We liked the fact that they were quick and efficient, they were done pretty quickly. The installers are professional and curtious. We have not had the chance to really enjoy our windows yet, however they look very nice and have made a huge difference.

Very pleased with the price of the windows! Everything was explained in detail and they worked with us to install our windows exactly the way we wanted. We were happy they let us customize our windows and installation the way we wanted, it looks great!

We had 4 bad windows that were side by side on each side of our home that we had installed first. I liked the 4 windows so much after replacing them, I called Factory Direct Home Improvement back out to replace all of my windows in my entire home. Already I've seen a big difference in the reduction of dust in my home and we also haven't had to use the furnace as much cause the windows have held the heat in.

Received an estimate, I contacted them to move forward and the crew was sent out to replace my windows. They were on time and cleaned up very well before they left, the price was very comparable to everyone else that I checked with. Very good quality and I'm very pleased!!

The GM came out to visit with me and went over every option of different types of brands and styles. He also showed me many brands I was not familiar with as we discussed the options. I had never seen the colors provided and was really happy with the final roof. They did an outstanding job on cleaning up around my home and the roofing guys were so clean I didn't even find one nail.
