Rob was great. He explained things thoroughly and answered all questions. He gave good suggestions about maximizing the efficiency of our system.

Efficient systems gave me a better price than another company for this job, so I scheduled the appointment. The technician was early calling to let me know ahead of time. He was polite & professional.

Everything seemed ok. He was quite late but weather and traffic were bad. He called several times to keep me informed.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. The guy was really friendly. He showed up on time and did the work really well. I was very happy. I paid an additional $50.

Felt like furnace was thoroughly examined/serviced.Great communication. Technician called when on the way with ETA, was prompt, arriving as scheduled, and very efficient. Very professional and friendly. Explained what he was doing, such as sanding down carbon build-up on igniter as well as overall findings.

On time, answered all questions and gave good info on electrical safety.

Wow, we could not love Efficient Systems more. They arrived to give us an estimate and they were on time. They helped us determine the best course for our old home which included options for an improperly vented furnace and water heater. We chose to go with them (the were close to the lowest estimate we got - only one company came in $100 less but we had more confidence in Efficient Systems). They arrived on time the day of the install. They were clean and courteous. Each person who entered the home introduced themselves to me. They spent the entire day working on the install and left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. Every interaction with them was delightful. They are prompt in returning emails and always follow-up. Highly recommend them!

It went OK. There was an additional service charge for the repair of that outlet. They were professional and they did a nice job. I was a little surprised when I had to pay additional.

Serviceman called ahead and was right on time. He was very personable, but professional. He worked efficiently and was very respectful.

At my request we had to reschedule once and this was no problem with the vendor, and then on the day of the new appointment the weather was bitterly cold and I communicated with the inspector that I couldn't send my furry children outside and if he could stand the barking and chaos then we could, as well. The inspector was a dog-lover, too, and made friends with our three dogs quickly on the porch before coming inside to work. All was well with the dogs and the stranger and I attribute this to his gentle and kind approach to the animals.

The service was awesome. They gave me some information regarding some other services that might be needed. They brought to my attention that my smoke detectors were not working properly. They also said that if they were older than 10 years they may need to be replaced. I was really happy that they found this problem for me.

He came over at the beginning of the quoted time and seemed rushed but nice. Immediately he tightened the garbage disposal because I thought that was the issue. He did not inspect it further. Then he took off the faucet and saw that the o-ring inside had cracked and needed to be replaced. He said he didn't have the part so he had to go to the warehouse. Before he left, he asked what Big Deal I had purchased and what the details were. He took the faucet with him and left for 40 minutes or so. It was a simple o-ring- something that should be carried in a plumber's truck. When he came back he had already written up the receipt for what "services he had performed." He supposedly cleaned the screen on the front of the faucet and replaced the o-ring. All of that for $180? A simple o-ring, "tightening the garbage disposal" and "cleaning the screen" on the front of the faucet. Yes, the faucet no longer leaks, but I feel taken advantage of. I appreciate the promptness of the service call and the man was pleasant, but they charged me way too much, added services that I could not witness be performed and left my house "to go to a warehouse" for a basic faucet o-ring. Disappointed. We were going to have their electrical department come look at some electrical issues- but we will not be contacting this company again after the experience with our kitchen sink.

It worked out great. The experience was great.I would use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked well. I thought they did a very good job and gave me a good price, which Angie's List promoted. I was not aware of them and now I am. I found out they have been around for a while. I will probably use them again sometime. I also could have had my vents cleaned, but I did not do it. They answered my questions and were very friendly, professional, and courteous. They came out within a week after I called them. I was surprised they were available as soon as they were. The price is what attracted me to them in the first place.
