That was good. He was pleasant and professional. He wasn't pushy. He just made recommendations. He went inside, outside, up in the attic and all around and gave me some suggestions.

It was fine. They responded in a timely manner and I was happy with them. They went through the house and looked through all the outlets and circuit board. The scheduling was fine and we had to cancel the first appointment because he was sick, but everything went to plan.

Dean arrived for original service call to evaluate an 'outage' of power to the detached garage. Dean was on-time, dressed professionally, and in a company vehicle. Dean immediately determined that the 'neutral' line was lost between the house and the detached garage; it was determined that the issue was probably in the underground line. I requested that a new electrical line be ran from the house to the detached garage. In addition, I had some additional outlets that I wanted installed on the exterior. Dean indicated that that would not be a problem and all work could be accomplished at the same time. I scheduled a follow-up time to have the work completed. Dean also noted that in my electrical panel there were two non-UL listed breakers that could potentially cause issues if not replaced. All items discussed and observed, in addition to the additional work requested, were quoted at a fair price for the entire project. Upon arrival for the follow-up call, Dean and Shannon arrived on-time, dressed professionally, and in a company vehicle. All work was completed exactly as I requested. The exterior outlets were placed exactly where I requested and were professionally installed using covers for the exterior outlets, caulked appropriately, and were GFI as required. The non-UL breakers were replaced with UL listed breakers. The work was completed in a timely manner even though the weather was not ideal. The entire project went as planned and the price remained at the quoted cost. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of this project and could not be happier with the service provided by Efficient Systems. I highly recommend this company for any electrical needs.

My requirements exceeded their expectations. Our existing bathroom fan was one of three components in a single unit: fan, lights, and heater; and was approx. 11" x 14". It was also controlled by three separate wall-switches. The company attempted to find a unit that would enclose the area require by the old fan -- but could not find one. We would also be required to install and finish drywall to cover the large holes in the ceiling and wall. We found the company to be honest and pleasant to work with. I would be happy to work with them in another project.

They were very complete and comprehensive in their inspection, they were friendly as well as professional, and they came out the next day which was great. However, they recommended some services, such as completely replacing our circuit breaker, that were deemed unnecessary by another electrician, and the prices for their recommendations were higher in comparison to others.

Went well Provider was prompt and called in advance . Service tech quickly identified the issue and cost . In addition tech located the garage no power issue as a underground line issue which we did not fix but was very helpful related to a solution should choose to do so in future Replace beaker . Cost was reasonable and there was not charge for investigation we did not complete Quick and efficient just like the name very happy

All the bathroom outlets were not working in the house. While looking for an electrician on Angie's list, we found and purchased an Angie's list 'big deal' for $49 for an electrical service call + credit towards repairs from Efficient Systems. Efficient Systems was prompt in following up with us after purchasing their services and an appointment was scheduled for the same week. The technician was able to come out earlier than scheduled, which was appreciated. He quickly verified the outlets werent working, asked a few questions and quickly diagnosed the issue as a blown GFCI outlet. He offered a few suggestions for repair (i.e. replace only the GFCI outlet or add a surge protector for the circuit panel in the garage - without trying to upsell anything) and answered the questions I had. He quickly replaced the outlet and everything was back in working order. I was pleased with their responsiveness and service and would definitely use this supplier again.

The big deal turned out fine. They called me in a day or two, we arranged it, and they came out exactly at the time we arranged and did the work. I had them put in a surge protector, and they charged me an additional amount for that. This was the first time that I used them. The service happened exactly as it was supposed to. I was happy with that, they were pretty efficient. The pricing was what I expected.

Electric Short: Found the wire from my old outside pole light that the line to it was cut by landscapers in 2004, since removed, was now shorting out one of my two electric panels, that another electric in Pittsboro, IN, would not even handle after sending techs out in January 2014. Outside Meter Box: The Efficient Systems techs worked in conjunction with the Hendricks Power Company, to have the power shut off so they could work on the outside meter box, which had pulled away from the outside wall as whoever installed it in 1998 used "nails" instead of galvanized screws. They had to add new wire from the electric panels in the basement to the outside meter box. Also, they added new surge protectors to both panels. The workers were professional at all times. I would recommend Efficient Systems and will use them again in the future.

Every technician who came to the house was extremely professional, courteous, and on time. They weren't able to fix the hot water heater but came back three different times to try and finally gave us a credit for the work already done towards a new one. Thought their prices were a bit high but decided to use them anyway because we felt we were getting a quality service.
