They were fine. They had an Angies List Big Deal for $69 and we used that. They came in replaced the flapper and did an adjustment, they may have made an adjustment on another toilet too, a minor one where the handle was catching. It was a minor work but he did it fine. Overall they did what they were here to do.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was a little surprised when I set up the appointment because the gentleman thought it was a toilet tuneup instead of a whole house plumbing inspection. When I got it clarified, they did the whole house inspection. I was surprised that there was confusion. The fellow that came out was real nice. The adjustment on the toilet didn't last and it did the same thing that same night. I called and told him that I would work with me when he was back in the neighborhood. I called again and he got a guy out the next day. I think I fell through the cracks. I think he was responsive. I shouldn't have had to call them again. The pricing for the Big Deal was fine but their normal pricing was high. I would look around in the future.

My experience went good. The guy was nice and friendly. He explains the repair to me. He informed me of other thing that need to get repaired and the pricing. He was mainly friendly. He is what I asked. The work that he did solved the issue I was having.

This review does not reflect the work completed or a critique of the Professional completing the work. I previously submitted a review outlining the outstanding work completed for this project by the technician. This review specifically relates to the billing of that project that was completed in March 2014. I was only just billed for this $775.00 bill on my credit card yesterday on June 19, 2014. At the time of project completion, I called Efficient Systems to inquire why payment was not submitted and indicated my credit card was not charged at the time of completion and also indicated that they may want to "get paid for their work". I believe either Steve or Sean told me at that time that they would follow-up with their Accounts Receivable dept. and obtain payment for the project. I never heard back and I was not charged at that time. However, yesterday, June 19, 2014, the charge finally showed up on the credit card that I submitted at the time of service. I find this to be an unacceptable standard of practice and I can not recommend use of this company at this time. Even though the work performed at the time was excellent, the fact that it took 3 months to charge me for the project is a very poor practice.

We had a problem with the lights on our outdoor patio. The technician was prompt and knew exactly what the problem was. It just took a couple of minutes to fix the problem.

Great! He left a complete report and gave me suggestions for repair. I will most likely use them for repairs.

It turned out very well. I had a problem with down with the electrical and he went and did the inspection and found it on the way. He didn’t charge me anything extra for the work but he did charge for some upgrades.

It was great. They did really well. The cleaning impacted our overall cause of heat for this winter. I was happy with work they did here. They came in, did the job and left. There’s no drama. They were friendly. We didn’t have any issues with the furnace after that. We had them replaced something in the air condition for additional work.

I can't get the company to call me after 6 to schedule the appointment. I don't need the work to occur after 6, just a phone call to schedule the appointment.

We were very satisfied with the prompt and thorough service and won't hesitate to contact again.

Dean was extremely professional and patient. He made sure it was done right and at a reasonable cost. We are calling them again to install a switch for our new stove.

Seth seemed very knowledgeable and examined the furnace to determine that it was very dirty. Previous owners of this house had never installed a filter in the furnace and had left it that way for 14 years. He recommended a thorough cleaning so that the air conditioner could also be evaluated. The negatives I have are related to a constantly changed appointment time, and the fact that the advertised special mentioned cleaning and that no cleaning was done.

Everything went well. They were professional, they did a quality job, and they even corrected a problem that they located during the inspection.

We needed a new thermostat installed. The man came out did what he did what he was supposed to do. The thermostat worked properly afterwards.

Heat Pump went down during sweltering weather....I called and they were out within 2 hours. Seth found the problem with the capacitor very quickly and replaced it. Everyone from the call taker to the scheduler to the serviceman were extremely professional and responsive. HIgh marks and I will definitely Efficient again!

It went Great ! i had a problem with my toilet not flushing properly , i ordered the DEAL for $39 for a toilet tune up & plumbing inspection for the home. Efficient Systems called promptly after my purchase & set up an appointment that suited me , I purchased the deal on the 15th may but i was not able to home until the 29th may. They set the appointment & turned up on time ! ( even called before to check ) Workman did a great inspection of toilet & fixed the problem by clearing out the calcium build up ( another contractor Mr Rooter had tried to charge me 300-400 for a new toilet & /or acid flush for the same work ) Totally satisfied with the work , the communication & the friendly service. ( work was completed within 2 weeks of me purchasing the deal , exactly when i wanted ) A future continuing customer for sure ! regards brett Broad ripple resident

It took me a long time to get the service done, but it worked out fine. The tech was professional and helpful. He even showed up early.

I purchased the coupon, and they came out and fixed the problem that I had called them in for, however, when it came to bill time, they deducted the amount I paid for the coupon. It wasn't really like a deal, it was just like they deducted the amount I paid for the coupon. It is what it is, and they did the job that I called them for, and in retrospect, they did make the changes that were supposed to make the unit more efficient, however my air conditioner doesn't work so well because of the changes that they made, so I am going to have to change it back myself, or call somebody else to make the changes. They fixed a gas leak just fine, and they made an additional change on the fan to match the size of my condenser outside. While it was supposed to make my air conditioner more efficient, it actually made it less, and we noticed that when it was time to turn on the air conditioner. They resolved the problem that I had, and that was a good experience, but the coupon was not a big deal. I paid the same amount as anyone else. The additional amount was $89, and it wasn't outlandish, but the coupon just felt like a prepayment. They did a good job of fixing the problem I had called them on. They were responsive, they were out within a day or two, and they came out exactly when they said they would be here. The guy was very professional.

the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Appreciated the input and guidance - even when a more expensive option was available and requsted the technician provided information for the 'BEST" option. More importantly he fixed some major safety issues.

After the inspection was completed we were given a detailed report, including costs.. We reviewed the specific recommendations with the Electrician - Inspector. We were very satisfied with his thoroughness and professionalism. We decided to not take action at this time due to recent emergency expenses; but we will certainly use this company later.

The appointment was for the 7 to 8 am hour (which I prefer) but the technician arrived after 8 am. When I saw the work order it said "9 am"! The technician checked and cleaned parts of the furnace, having to detach the gas line to do so. First time that has been done during a check, to my knowledge. He located the source of the noise that has been increasing, but said it was not effecting the functionality of the furnace. He also looked at the humidifier, which had stopped working a few months ago. He said the solenoid was too warm, although it was still functional. What ever he did, the humidifier has been working ever since he laid hands on it! I requested and got (with some unavoidable delay due to Easter) an estimate for repair of the bushings to stop the noise but had to ask again about the solenoid replacement to get that estimate. I will compare prices before asking to have the busing work done and will wait until the solenoid kicks out again to either replace it or the whole humidifier. The technician was very personable, willing to explain all the issues and mechanics with the furnace and humidifier (and complementary when he discovered I understood the technology).
