Did go at all. No one ever called. No one ever came out. No one ever did anything. Wasted my 40.00. First time I've bought from an Angie's list company and no one ever responded.

I called and talked to Steve, and we setup a time for him to come out, and he never showed.

My husband was home when the guy showed up. He was very helpful he found the problem and had it fixed quickly. I will use this company again. The repairs did not break the bank.

Was on time and did a great job getting project done. Checked electric box for any issues and fixed one outlet. Use these guys all the time moving forward.

We contacted the company and made an appointment to discuss the project and Sean (the owner) was very responsive and even took the time to come back once more to further discuss and answer any additional questions. Sean also noticed that the gas meter needed to be upgraded to ensure proper gas pressure before they could install the generator so we contacted Citizens Gas who helped get it upgraded at no extra cost. We scheduled a date and they worked for about a day and half to accomplish the complete install to include running the gas lines as well as the electrical side of the generator install. All went smooth except one their guys driving the truck did back into our guttering on the house. Although this was unfortunate, Sean did quickly agree to paying to have it repaired which ended up being done that same day so no worries on our end. We got a few other quotes that were up to $1000 less expensive than Efficient Systems, however I truly believe you get what you pay for with respect to quality and we were willing to pay it because Sean went the extra mile to ensure all was done properly and all would be in working order after job complete. Now we are just waiting for a power outage to see if the thing works the way we want it to. Ha! We recommend Sean and his team to others and are satisfied customers. Thank you!

We used Efficient Systems for our electrical needs. Dean was seriously so amazingly helpful! With the $49 Angie's List deal, it was an even better deal, though I'd have paid more for his service. See, we just bought a new house, and we knew we needed the switch plate moved and the fan box installed. What we didn't know is that our house was a dimmer switch nightmare. Dean was nice enough to fix one of our biggest issues (a four way switch system that didn't operate correctly) without charge. Then, on his return trip he showed us how to fix the rest of the issues so we wouldn't keep running into the same problem. On the second trip, we had created quite a mess by cutting one of our house circuits we thought was at the end of the line (wrong!). Dean was honest and gave us three options with three different price levels, and included his own opinion on what was the best option for us. We will never call another electrician again!

Went great - made sure it was still in working order and cleared the insulation away so it could be used.

.Technician was very courteous and had a good working knowledge of my unit. i was totally astounded at the price i was quoted, the technician quoted a price of $120.00 for the capacitor but he could discount it at $90.00. I had no choice but to pay the $90.00. I felt i should have beenquoted a price before agreeing to replace the capacitor. i checked on the price of the capacitor after the technician left and found they costbetween $24.00 and $30.00. It only takes approximately 2 minutes to replace.

The technician was very professional and had a lot of suggestions for work that could be done on the future. There was no pressure to do any work. Improvements vs. needed improvements for safety reasons were made clear. An estimate was presented at the end of the inspection. Overall, it was a great education for me.

Dean, the electrician, was outstanding to work with. He was very professional and helpful, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.

Since the dryer was still under warranty, we first called LG who recommended we call an electrician since the dryer would not come on. We had this company come out to fix the wiring problem. The electrician said the problem was not electrical. We again called LG who sent out a technician to check the dryer. LG said the problem was not the dryer. We then called another electrician who checked the wiring at the outlet. The outlet was found to be bad and had to be replaced.

That went fine. They were professional and came and did what they said they were going to do and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. I felt like they were being honest and truthful with me.

It went well. They came while I was not at home so my wife dealt with him and said that they were very good. They fixed what needed to be fix. They gave us recommendation on some other things and found there was something else so they reported to us and replaced it. We're very pleased with them.

Initial contact was prompt and scheduling was set on the date I wanted. Initial visit was positive and they quickly identified a couple issues with my AC unit. No estimate provide on initial visit. I had to contact them to get an estimate. Their estimate of $562 was more than I expected for the service and I was not confident that would resolve all issues. So I contacted a second service provider for a second opinion. I decided to go with another company to perform the service.

It went fine. It was a positive experience. I don't know what their pricing is like on normal stuff so thankfully we don't have any issues where we have them to come out.

he was suppose to be here between 9and 10 and he got here around 8:30 which was great. We showed him the problems we had in the kitchen and he explained to us what he had to do and we showed him the loose wall outlet in bedroom. He told us what it would cost. The one in kitchen the whole outlet had to be replaced and he put the proper outlet that had to be put in a GFC outlet and spliced the wires properly and replaced the one in bedroom with new outlet and secured it

Arrived promptly, was courteous and professional. Dean quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Would hire this company again.

I had a previous HVAC provider from my warranty company to come out to work on my a/c because it had went out; I had already purchased the tune up from Efficient Systems. The warranty provider got the A/C working, however, I still wanted my tune up wince I just bought this home and only had it one month when the air conditioning went out. When the tech from Efficient came out he was late an hour. They didn't give him the correct address or even an address. I tried reaching Efficient to get my service report from the tune up. It took 1.5 weeks to finally get it from him and it was vague and didn't have any details in it. The tech that came out said everything was great with the system. However, when the warranty provider came out they said I needed freon and charged the system a few days after the Efficient systems visit. The warranty provider also said that my thermostat wasn't hooked up correctly and would cause ineffienciencies in the winter. I have no clue what Efficient systems did for the tune up. Efficient system didn't find these things or either the warranty company is making it up. I doubt it though, because everything the first warranty tech said was wrong, they ended up fixing and making the air work really well. Plus as a new homeowner the warranty tech provider gave me great insight on cleaning the unit outside and how that also affects the performance of your unit. The people I dealt with at Efficient systems from the office staff to the manager and the tech were really nice and polite folks. However, I just really doubt their responsiveness and accuracy of dealing with troubleshooting and issues. I will try someone else in the future. The Efficient systems tech did say he found a board that needing replaced asap, but nothing has played out yet and the air is still working.

They showed up on time for both the estimate and the work. They are prompt, professional, very tidy and friendly. We really like this company and the work they ave done for us.

I felt that the electrician put all explanations in "lay terms." He patiently answered all my questions. This Deal was for an inspection so no actual repairs were done. The electrician arrived when scheduled although I did have to call a second time to schedule the appointment.

Very well, very pleased. They were very prompt, they had never been out before but came right away. They came out very quickly and did a very good job.

The employee did great work. He diagnosed all problems without toilet accurately and fixed them. I was delighted at the promptness that my request was answered. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I purchased the deal on 5/13/14. Didn't hear from the company for 4 weeks. They finally called and couldn't schedule me. I haven't heard from then since. This was my first experience with Angie's List. I hope things go better in the future.

We had a routine A/C tune up and inspection through Efficient Systems. Previously I had plumbing work done that I was frustrated with and we ended up giving them a second chance with a different service. Brian was our technician and he was wonderful. He called before he came and was respectful and professional. After the inspection and tune-up he returned the thermostat to the previous setting and put everything back in place. He was very professional, took his time to perform the job correctly and was cordial. I was happy we gave the company a second chance.

The fan they were promoting couldn’t be utilized with my particular bathroom. I was happy with their punctuality and the professionalism. They just couldn’t give me that deal due to my particular circumstance, so I got a refund.
