The gentleman that came out to service the furnace was punctual, knowledgeable and overall very helpful. I would definitely recommend their services to a family member, friend or neighbor.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Purchased thru Angie's List deal. They were prompt to respond with an email and instructed me to call and make an appointment. The scheduling was fast, friendly and easy. I was told to expect a tech between 8:00 & 8:30 am - I received a phone call promptly at 8:00a.m and he arrived in 20 minutes, exactly as he estimated. I am not a furnace expert but the check up seemed very thorough to me. When completed he went over all his findings and I was pleased that he did not try to "up-sell" any type of a service contract. Personable, professional and not pushy. We will definitely call them for our future heating & cooling business.

Great from beginning to end. Very professional, punctual, and thorough. He reviewed his inspection with me when he was finished.

The technician arrived promptly and went to work. He provided a summary of what he found and a list of recommendations for future consideration. He was able to debunk some things that another provider had told me that would have cost a lot of dollars to do that were unnecessary. That was a big plus. i will continue to use Efficient Heating & Air as my service provider.

He went over a checklist and showed me everything that was done and gave me detailed figures on how my furnace was operating. I've never had anyone do that before. He also explained that all the data he compiled would be in their system so the next time I needed work done they could pull up the figures to make comparisons. It was very thorough, he was professional and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Tom did a great job on diagnosing the issue. He repaired the part and continued on with the cleaning and inspection. Back to being warm and toasty!

The technician was very courteous and quick. He didn't find any issues so he was in and out, and on his way.

They did an inspection for us, but were a little difficult to get scheduled.

The blower motor pulled 5.1 amps. blower capacitor 6.4/7.5. inducer motor pulled 1.2/2.0. 46° temperature rise. filter checked and verified OK. cleaned flame sensor. hsi measured 51 amps. all ductwork in good condition. flue checked and verified for integrity. transformer measured 28 volts. heat exchanger checked and verified no cracks or holes

Fantastic. The representative was professional, personable, and especially detailed.

The service tech arrived right on time, and was very professional. He spent about an hour cleaning and performing maintenence on the furnace. He recommended a new filter, and also vacuumed our old one so it was cleaner until we got the new one, There were no unexpected extra charges. All went very well, and we would use them in the future.

Marty showed up on time, did an excellent job of cleaning and inspecting the furnace, and made us aware of possible parts that might need replacing in the future. He is a very pleasant person and we felt comfortable having him in our home and trusting him with the annual furnace tune up. We will contact the company in the spring to service the air conditioner and hopefully do some other work they've quoted on the furnace and plumbing.

The Efficient Systems technician called me in advance before he came. He arrived on time and he put safety cover over his shoes and went to the living room to reset the thermostat. Then he came down to the garage and test and cleaned the furnace. He found no problem and told me that my furnace is going to be fine for this year. I asked him several questions about the furnace he answered my questions clearly. IIt seemed to me that he was knowledgeable about his job.

He asked where my water lines were so I showed him and it took him maybe a total of 5 minutes to find out that all it was that my water valve was turned off. He did not even charge me and said nothing was wrong! He seemed to really know his stuff, he just looked at it and knew exactly what it was!

They are nice folks and the pricing is as good as I can expect.

I meant to write this review back in February, but got busy and it slipped my mind. We had three estimates and Efficient came out the winner. Jeff was very helpful! He was polite, prompt, and respectful of our finances. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. We love the furnace and while we missed most of the Winter billing, we could see a difference in our first bill. The whole house felt warmer, with no cold spots, just as Jeff said it would. The installers were there all day, but they worked constantly and were pleasant and respectful of the house. I would highly recommend them again.

The process was thorough, professional and painless! Shannon arrived at the specified time after giving us a courtesy call from his last appointment. He introduced himself and got down to business. We went from room to room and checked all electrical switches and outlets; tripping all GFI's to insure operability.

Quick service. Identified problem quickly. had needed parts in van. Replaced within 2 hours.

The owner forgot my first service appointment and no one showed up. He called the next day and was extremely apologetic. He was running a $49 special and kind of lost me in the large amount of responses he had. We reset up an appointment, and the serviceman showed up promptly and was very nice and professional.

I am thankful that Marty was the technician that was assigned to me. When Marty first arrived he told me he smelled gas outside my front door and had me call the gas company. Marty was there when the man from the gas company arrived and after looking at everything he was able to determine that the gas was not leaking from my house but from an old gas light at the end of my driveway. He capped the old gas line and prevented the gas company from red tagging my gas line. I want to commend Marty for his service and I would recommend this company and Marty to anyone who needs a good plumbing company.

Marty was on-time, courteous and very professional. He put on shoe covers without being asked to do so which I really appreciated. He went above and beyond by cutting off the old toilet handle in order to install a new one (the old one would've normally screwed off). He gave me pricing to cover additional services in advance so that I could make an informed decision. He also proactively provided drain cleaner recommendations that I found helpful. The toilet repair was successful and while the transaction took a couple of minutes to complete, I had an email notification of services provided as well as the digital invoice before he left. I will consider having Marty and Efficient Systems do more of my home's heating and cooling work as a result of this experience!
