Great. On time, early even. Performed the work done as contracted, and looked at other plumbing issues we had discussed prior to his visit. He will need to come out again, which we had expected. He suggested that he go back to the office to figure what else we owed for the original service. That struck us as being more than fair; he was not in a big hurry to charge for the extra services performed at the first visit. His diagnosis was logical and trustworthy; we will have him back to complete the work.

We purchased the Angie's List Big Deal toilet tune-up for $39.00. We have three toilets, two of which had issues we wanted diagnosed and either resolved or price quotes. Marty was the epitome of professionalism. He called ahead that day to ask if he could come early since he was running ahead of schedule, so he was able to arrive around 10 A.M. (official appointment was 11 A.M.). Toilet #1 - we had noticed the that the water level in the tank was often very low or almost non-existent, and had to lift & lower float to get it to refill so we could then flush the toilet. Marty found a leak and mineral deposit buildup on the seal and replaced it. Toilet #2 - would run for a minute or so at random times for no apparent reason, several times a day. Marty replaced the tank seal in that toilet. This was an additional $47.63 as it was not included in the Big Deal we had purchased, which was fine. Toilet #3 had no problems and he performed the toilet tune-up that we had purchased, which he also did on the other two toilets. Marty was extraordinarily professional, polite, and considerate and was able to diagnose and correct the issues we were having with our toilet. He actually finished up right around 11 A.M., which was originally his scheduled arrival time. We were very pleased with the experience and it's nice to have all toilets functioning as they should. I would definitely consider Efficient Systems for future work.

I purchased this Big Deal offer on December 23rd. The company was hard to get a hold of. We finally agreed that they would come out today at 2 PM. At 1:30 PM they called me and cancelled. I will be getting a refund for this and finding a new company to do my work. I feel like this company is very unprofessional to cancel last minute.

The service was wonderful. I was very pleased especially with Dean the technician. I have used them before and will continue to keep using them. They are also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Went OK. He was on time and did not linger for long. After he left, however, I did start hearing a weird noise coming from the furnace. Also he did not check the thermostat and left the dirt filter and wrapper in the room where the furnace is located.

It went great! Very professional and courteous! They showed me how to change the filter and they were very accomodating. They gave me a quote for additional work that I am thinking about having done.

I contacted Efficient Systems by phone on Thursday around 3pm. I didn't hear back, so waited until Friday around noon, and visited their website and sent an Angie's List email to the provider. In the email, I explained that I was waiting to hear back and hadn't. WIthin a few minutes I received a phone call from Sean, and first off he apologized and assured me that he would look into why my call was not returned within a reasonable time frame, and then asked how he could help me out. He asked me to buy the Big Deal and that I would be contacted shortly. Within an hour, I was contacted to set up a time for our furnace and my mother-in-law's furnace to have a winter tune up. Tom was our technician, he was not only on time, but was very thorough in the turn up and was clean, by using covers on his shoes and left the furnace area clean. Tom spent around an hour at our home, and then went to my mother in law's and spent around an hour at her home. He was very trustworthy, did great work and I feel very comfortable that our furnaces should be in prime condition for the winter. Not only did I really like the personal phone call from Sean, but everyone I spoke to at this company were very professional and they were on time and trustworthy.

I purchased the Big Deal for $49 receiving a credit of $49 and only spent an additional $38 to replace the bad GFI in the outlet in the garage that controlled the two outside outlets. Work was done in 30 minutes! So pleased with it being a simple fix and the worker not making it more complex trying to charge me more so very happy for that!

Marty was right on time, very personable, & explained how he made the repair! He didn't try to sell additional service either!! Will definitely use for future problems/issues.

It went great. The person didnt try to sell me anything and talked to me about the packages they have for furnace/water heater maintance. That is all. They dont push use into anything. Very honest

.The fixed the same problem 2 days in a row, he blew out the condensation hose. It was clear to me that something was CAUSING it to be plugged, He only fixed the symptom and not the problem. The problem was the hose on the condensation pump was split I can't believe they were here 2 days in a row, I paid $150 for 2 service calls and they didn't fix the problem I had to call another heating service to get it fixed, I won't use Efficient Systems again As a follow up, they refunded my $150. Very nice because they didn't have to do that

Arrived precisely on time, shared with me what repairs were needed, and replaced circuit breaker at my request. Electrician also re-connected the hot water heater to the electric line for me. Electrician was very courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient.

They were fine. Prompt and time.

The inspection went well and the technician was polite and honest. He found npo faults and did not try and push anything on me. I appreciate his candor. Well done.

I had been having problems with flickering lights in half of my home. I had a different electrical company come out and take a look, initially not finding anything then (on a second visit) replacing my main circuit breaker. The problem went away for about a week then returned. I purchased the 'whole-house electrical inspection' deal from Angie's List and Efficient Systems were able to come to my home less than a week later. During the inspection the contractor looked at my circuit breaker panel, my main circuit breaker (separate from my panel), outlets and switches, and smoke/fire alarms. By chance my lights started flickering while he was inspecting my main breaker box outside of the home where he saw a slight arc that was caused by a loose screw. After her tightened the screw (and applied the electrical equivalent of loctite) the problem was solved. The inspection itself resulted in a relatively clean bill of health for my home's electrical system but he made some suggestions (i.e. replace two outlets in the kitchen with GFI outlets). I would use Efficient Systems again in the future.

The service went very well. We were provided with an detailed list of any improvements we could make, as well as the prices to have those items done.

I gave 3 days I was available when I purchased this deal. I never heard from the company. I called them and we set up an appointment for the 26th. I was home all day and they never showed up. I never received a phone call from them either.

Plumber was very professional and repaired the issues with our toilets. We have not had issues since. We will call them again if we have issues in the future.

Terrific! Very knowledgeable and polite service tech who was great at explaining all the details of what he found including many suggestions on what I can continue to do as the homeowner to extend the life of my furnace and stay comfortable this winter.

Company was able to quickly schedule an appointment to clean my furnace. Technician informed me of what he found afterward. Technician was polite, efficient, and professional. I had a new filter for him to put in and he did that too. I would use this company again.

The young man who came by was very polite & professional. He called to let me know he was on the way. He told me what he'd be doing, and when he was done, informed me what I needed to do. I really wanted to give them an A rating. It was lowered for 1 reason - they didn't have a filter for the furnace. He said they didn't have the 16x25x1 inch size.Every other provider I've had do this service has had the filter, so this means extra work for me to go and purchase a filter. Never, in 30 odd years of this service being done at this house, have we ever had to go get it ourselves. I have to take the young man at this word - that they didn't carry this filter -- but I cannot help but wonder if I was paying the regular price for this service, and not using the promo, if they would have come by with a selection of filters. Because of this I could not give an "A" rating. If I use them again, next time I will verify they have the filter first before having them come by. I cannot speak to the quality of the work. I didn't hover and I'm not a heater service person, so I don't know if the quality of the actual work was good or bad. He seemed to know what he was doing and he spent some time doing it, so I assume he did a good job.
