He was cool. I had a ground fault breaker that was tripping and I couldn’t figure out why. He came out and figured out what needed to be fixed. He found a simple fix and didn't try to overcharge me. He was at the home for a half hour to 45 minutes.

Tom, the service person was wonderful! Arrived on time and was very courteous. I purchased the $49.00 Angie's list coupon and thought the price was very reasonable!

The Technician, Dean, came out as scheduled. The work was effeciently completed. I had several questions on the day of inspection and the day the work was done and the questions were answered forthrightly which helped me to decide on scope of work. There were no surprises, i.e., the work was accomplished as agreed, per schedule and according to cost estimate. I will consider Effecient Systems my electrical service contractor.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the technician and the company itself. They really worked to accommodate my work schedule, extremely pleasant. The technician was a true professional. I had purchased this older home (1949) after living in an all electric home for 38 years. I told the technician that I didn't know anything about the gas furnace and asked him to explain some simple things to me, such as where the filter was located, how often I should change it, etc. He was very kind and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. He spent a full hour inspecting and cleaning my furnace and to my surprise he told me that the furnace was working beautifully and that I was in good shape. I knew when I purchased this home that the furnace was past its prime and there were no guarantees on how long it would last. A lot of companies would have looked at me as someone they could easily try to sell me parts that I didn't need and I would never know the difference. He did not do that and was extremely helpful. He even noticed that I had a humidifier attachment to my furnace that I wasn't using and showed me how to use it. I will definitely stay with this company and will be contacting them to check out my air conditioner within the next few months. I highly recommend this company to anyone on Angie's List and have also recommended the company to my friends.

Scheduling was super easy. They did exactly what they said. They answered more questions than what I had and it was great.

The visit went well. I did not call them until around 4:00 pm and their normal hours were only until 5:00 pm so I thought that I my have to pay for an after hours emergency call, however, they said they could come out within 30 minutes. Once there it was decided that he would have to determine if the call would actually be electrical or possibly plumbing. I gave him the ok to run the electrical check which involved him going into my small crawl space and he was able to determine the problem which was a live wire that was not connected to anything that was shorting out in two different spots one of which which next to a floorboard which could have caused a fire had the breaker not continuously tripped. His total time there was less than 45 minutes and he told me to call if what he did did not fix the problem or if I determine the wire was actually connected to something that was now no longer working. He was very professional and I will use their company again for future electrical maintenance or service.

The deal was fine and scheduling was great. The guy that came was very professional. They found some concerns and gave me some recommendations. They identified things and listed them by importance. They told me they would follow up but it took at least three weeks to hear from them, which is where the rating went down.

They were excellent! I had them come out again since I was so pleased with the service. They got here very quickly. I didn't know what kind of problem I was getting into. They clearly explained to me what they were doing, what the problem was, and they did a good job. They even followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

Tech arrived on time. Was courteous, fully prepared to do his jb. Did his work and left.

He had a cancellation and was able to get us in the next day. They were able to diagnose the situation and the service that we were going to need with wires. It being warm outside so they can't do anything until spring. They had fast response. They were good, clean, neat.

The furnace is very old and had a massive failure. Efficient Systems sent a knowedgable serviceman who addressed the issue and made the repairs. During the whole process everyone I talked to was polite and seemed to actually care about our situation aswell. We were never pressured into anything and I'm definitely using them again and recommending them to all my friends.

Dean arrived early, assessed the problem, removed a low quality light switch and replaced it with a higher quality switch. He also talked about energy efficiency of different types of light bulbs, and urged me to get LED bulbs (which I have done for high use fixtures)

It was great and they showed up on time and when they were supposed to and took care of what they needed to do. They got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was fine and they were very prompt in responding to my emails.

They came in less than two weeks after I purchased the big deal. I did not any additional work done. I stuck with the big deal and they supplied the service that I paid for and I was quite happy. It was a fair for the service done. I was pretty sure they were on time.

It was great. There was no delay with them. We got what we paid for. They were fine. They were courteous. They were nice. It was a good deal.
