It went fine. They were good. The guy was real nice. The price was good.

We appreciated the Angie's List Deal because our toilet had been taking longer than usual to fill and making "hissing" sounds in the process - it's a Toto Dual Flush and totally enclosed... we didn't know how to look inside the tank to see if it was something we could do ourselves. Received a call from Efficient Systems and scheduled date and time. I called them the day before our appointment to confirm appt and actually was able to speak with Marty (scheduled plumber to come out) to give directions since GPS does not give specific directions to our home. Marty arrived on time, used boot covers inside our home (we really appreciate this conscientious effort to protect our floors). Marty was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did the home plumbing inspection - including a look under our mobile home. He suggested we keep an eye on our hot water heater since it is past it's "prime". He determined our toilet needed a tank fill valve and needed to go get the necessary part for it. He returned in a timely manner and replaced the part. Marty did an excellent job cleaning up after his work and everything works well now. In the past we have discovered not too many plumbers will work on mobile homes. Thankfully we do not often have plumbing problems, but we will definitely call Efficient Systems in the future if/when we do.

I have used them one time before; this was my second time using this company. I had positive experiences both times. They were able to come on short notice, which is always appreciated.

It was good. He did a run down of what me might want to do with our electrical system.We just moved into our home and we kind of wanted someone to let us know of any safety issues or anything like that. I thought they were really professional, on time, they called ahead of time and answered all our questions. They came out within a week of me purchasing the deal and I didn't spend anything extra. We haven't had any work done by them. I like that they have a variety of services under their one roof so I thought they had a good selling point.

They did a good job and fixed what needed to be fixed.They are effective communicator. They did the job as they promised and the cost it was competitive with other offers that I received. I have no complains , will recommend them.

I called them, said she'd have to call back, but not sure if they've called back, because I won't call someone back if it's a number from out of area and if they don't leave a message.

I bought an offer last week for 299 for a maintenance package for an electrician, plumber and hvac. All 3 guys were able to get out on the same day to run through my house and make sure everything was looking good and they were very informative all the way through. I think this will include another trip out in the fall as well, but I'm not entirely sure and would have to check the offer again. Also, I had the plumber (Marty) give me a quote on installing a water softener I had for the past month, but hadn't had a chance to get a plumber out for a quote on things. He actually just finished up today and has everything working great. Great deal and great service.

They were on time, on cost, clean and very helpful in all aspects of the installation.

It went very well. I am pleased that the troubled toilet is fixed and that my remaining bathrooms had no issues.

I requested quotes for new plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical in a home that we are renovating. I took a couple hours away from work to meet two estimators at the house. They seemed helpful and interested. When the quote didn't arrive in two weeks I followed up with the person in the office who had scheduled the on-site meeting. After several attempts at follow-up I finally reached him by phone. He told me he was going to check on that right now and would call me right back. I never heard back. This was a waste of my time.

It went fine – he did everything that was necessary and it’s all working great.

All the work was done in 1 1/2 days. They did most of the work the first day. The only thing left for the second day was to complete changing the plugs and switches. The first day two electricians arrived on time and worked very quietly and efficiently. They took a brief break for lunch and a short one later. The second day only one electrician was needed to finish the work. They left everything cleaned up and moved furniture back that had to be moved. The lead electrician politely answered any questions I had.

The inspection went well. He found some minors things that need updated but nothing major.

Everything went great. Shannon was the guy that came out was very knowlegeable as well as friendly. He worked very efficiently and the price was reasonable.

They arrived on time with a call before arriving. They performed the inspection compiling a full listing of any issues that they found. The created a quote for services to fix the items on the list. While we did not proceed with fixing the items on the list yet, we have more peace of mind knowing how the condition of our house's electrical system is.

Shannon came within the time frame he promised and answered all of my questions. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He was pleasant and friendly and his prices were very reasonable. He easily diagnose the problem and quickly fixed it. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Arrived on time and asked questions to determine the issue. Went straight to work, but needed to do a circuit search. He explained exactly what that entailed and the cost. This found the problem and other issues which he corrected. Very friendly and helpful.

Prompt response times. Technician came to home several times to check furnace to determine why burner kept shutting off. Solution not completely resolved since the issue did not occur constantly. A separate appointment was set to complete the 22-point furnace cleaning. I did call another company to check furnace and the switch-off issue was resolved by cleaning the actual burner.

After the technician cleaned the furnace I asked him if the heater would make it through the winter. He said yes, everything is working well. The voltage, amps, and blower were all working great and within standards. Within two hours the heater stopped working and would not go on. The thermostat was set at 70 but the temperature was 60. The heater would go off and on at various times throughout the day but not to the thermostat temperature. I have had this heater for 13 years and I know how it works. When the heater or flame sensor gets dirty the heater safety mechanism shuts off in order to avoid overheating and will throw out cold air. I called the company back the next day and they promptly came out the following day on 11/6. The technician looked at the heater and he said it started up instantly for him and blower came on within a minute. The heater will do that if the flame sensor has had time to cool off. The technician left with the words "I found nothing wrong". But of course the heater was still not operating properly and the house was cold. I contacted Steve Duncan and requested the work/order receipts as none were provided to me either time of the technician visit. I did receive the work orders and asked him a couple of questions regarding the heater. It said on the work order that the evaporator coil was not cleaned because it was not accessible. He said it would cost several hundred dollars to have this cleaned. I have had this problem numerous time before where the heater throws out cold air but after cooling off for hours, it will throw out heat for a small period of time. The solution is to have my heater cleaned and that always fixes the problem. This is what the technician was supposed to do. Steve Duncan told me it was the technician's professional opinion that I needed a new thermostat which could run from $120 labor for a thermostat I provided, with an additional $90/hour for additional wiring. Because Efficient did not offer a solution, I called my home warranty company and Smith's Heating came out and said the flame sensor was dirty and that was the problem. He said the heater was "not cleaned or checked properly". I had to pay the $75.00 deductible to have him fix what should have already been done by Efficient Systems. I waited to make this complaint because I wanted to make sure that my system made it through the winter with the work done by the other company. And everything worked great this winter thanks to Smith's. Without them I would have frozen this winter. Efficient Systems did not do their job well and I am giving them a "F" rating. I feel like they didn't want to provide what should have been a simple solution and wanted to charge me for things that didn't need to be done. (My thermostat is working fine and has not been replaced which technician at Efficient said it needed and Smith's said it didn't)

Dean examined all our outlets, the breaker box and circuitry. He was professional, efficient and proficient in explaining terms I didn't understand. He made a few recommendations of work we might want to get done, and explained which ones were more important.

I was not sure about my old furnace. The technician assured me that everything was fine.

It went great. I had some plugs that are not working and there was another issue afterwards and they came back. It was issues that were not related to their service but to a remodeling I had. They came back, checked on it again. They ended up showing me exactly what's wrong and I could fix it.
