Excellent! John (son) of father- son team was person that cleaned our dryer vent. He was very professional, prompt with prior courteous call, kind, very accepting of our Great Danes and didn't make me feel badly that our dryer vent was so overdue for a cleaning! I think he had to spend a little extra time than had anticipated but honored the original charge. Already can tell huge difference in drying time. I would definitely recommend and a big thanks!

Great! Jonathan was friendly, efficient and appropriately masked (years from now, that may sound weird!). I know that the vent had not been cleaned, at least not in the last 20 years. Its route is not at all straightforward. Now I feel like I have one less fire hazard. Thanks!

Dryer vent solutions was prompt in contacting me and scheduled me for the following week. The technician called to say he was ahead of schedule and offered to come early if I was available. He showed up promptly, worked efficiently and answered all my questions. He also installed a new vent cap that works much better than the one installed by my builder.

John did a fantastic job! My dryer vent had not been cleaned since I moved into this house 19 years ago. He arrived on time, performed the work quickly and efficiently and was extremely professional. He even fixed a problem with the vent connection both inside and out. I highly recommend him.

He pulled the vent duct from the gas dryer and pulled out a 1 foot wad of lint. Then he vacuumed the duct from the outside and found the flap was working well. It did not solve the problem of moisture in my dryer. For 15 minutes of work, he was way overpriced ($115).

I called a couple of different companies but John at Dryer Vent Solutions was the first one to call back. He was friendly, easy to work with, and his pricing seemed appropriate. The technician that came out was punctual, very friendly, and professional. At first, we only added the animal guard to the dryer vent. But then decided to call them back out to add one to the bathroom vent as well. Both times, the same technician came out and both experiences were great. I would recommend this company.
