Crawlspace Doctor was established in Bloomington, Indiana in 2002. Crawlspace Doctor was one of the first companies in the country to exclusively implement the practice of conditioned/ un-vented crawlspaces. We were perfecting our methods when almost everyone else still believed in vented crawlspaces. Over time conditioned crawlspaces became the preferred method for constructing crawlspaces under homes. The process of conditioning a crawlspace is so successful it created an entire new industry. As a leader in the industry we pride ourselves in providing a large variety of products to fit our clients individual needs. We will NEVER be a company that supplies only one solution with one product for every need. We constantly work with manufactures and suppliers to provide the best and most cost effective products available.

Excellent, Matt's team was prompt and thorough and he was in constant communication regarding the job. Only drawback is it takes a little time for cleaning/treatment smell to dissipate. This is the second time I've used Matt's company and would recommend him to any one who needs this type of work.

Great! Mitch was a joy to work with, he patiently answered all our techncial questions. Craig and his crew were very professional. They did a great job to keep the areas where they worked clean, took precautions to protect the house from any contamination from the crawlspace. They were also very flexible about installing a dehumidifier outside of the crawlspace so we could easily access it.

Matt, the owner, was kind, professional and concerned. My husband has cancer and Matt was always conscience of the need for keeping the first floor as clean as possible. He let us use two HUGE air cleaners upstairs, got the job done sooner than usual, and did a fine job. He added a sump pump and dehumidifier to our crawl space. The crew was great and cleaned up perfectly. Matt was $4000 less than the nearest competitor! I would highly recommend CrawlSpace Doctor!

Matt Deiters promptly responded to provide a recommended course of action to address the wood rot issues that we were having. I received several estimates and recommend courses of action from different providers and Matt’s recommendations seemed the most comprehensive and likely to permanently fix the issues. The work was completed per the proposal and was well done. Matt went beyond the contract – adding in two floor supports that were not in the original work scope at no additional charge.

Matt and his team were really great. This is a no frills business, but they provided great customer service. I was especially pleased with their ability to problem solve my very difficult crawlspace. They took the time to tailor the job to my specific needs and they did so for a more than reasonable fee. I highly recommend the doctor!

My window well on my basement window was beginning to collapse. I tried to fix it myself but actually made it worse. I contacted Crawlspace Doctor. They sent a worker my home just a few days after the estimate. Work was done great and the window well looks brand new even though it’s over thirty years old. Great ork and a great price!

The first attempt didn’t go as planned and Matt came in, saw the problem, and started over. I really appreciate his attention to detail and his desire to make things right, which he did without prompting. He really went the extra mile to take care of our wet basement problem. Matt and his team did an outstanding job. Matt arrived to review situation the same day I contacted him. He explained what needed done and answered my questions. He quoted and we moved forward. His team arrived the next day and completed the work as quoted and very quickly. I was impressed with their thoroughness and their attention to details. They also were very careful with minimizing any dirt or disruption to the house while coming and going into the basement to work. I highly recommend this company.

Everything seemed to go well...Matt Dieters, the owner of the franchise, was very easy to work with from the quick turnaround on the initial inspection and estimate to paying the final bill. I called him with a couple of questions and he always got back to me promptly. The work crew was friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. It took about four days to complete the job, but the crew was fairly quiet...it was not a problem, at all. I would certainly recommend Matt and the company.

Matt was awesome to work with and his crew seemed to know what they are doing. There were some additional items I asked about installing and he told me that he’d take my money if I wanted to spend it, but he really didn’t think it needed them. It was nice to not have someone try to oversell me. They were also able to squeeze me in after a couple weeks rather than the full month they were originally expecting. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Went well, Matt is honest and personable, would use his services again. He also made a number of recommendations that I could do to prevent possible future 'issues'. He could have easily 'sold' me on additional product, rather gave good advice on things to monitor and do to prevent any issues.
