Fine. The flowerbeds looked good once they spread the mulch.

Very good experience and I plan on using them again.

I had hired them because of the "Deal."
This group had me list my needs and we discussed them upon their arrival.
My interest was firplace and getting a head-start/catch-up on the yardwork we were facing in a lovely but neglected home.
I do not have details because I have been late in writing this report.  
I was in and out throughout their time at the house, we touched base over phone as well throughout the day.
Mulching and some detail work on landscape that is close to house will next on my agenda with them.

They were very nice. It was Tim Anderson and his sister, and I called them for more work after I used the coupon. I was pleased with them.

C&A did a wonderful job and Tim was very flexible about scheduling our appt. The team was very professional and it was a clean process. They were GREAT and I won't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Exceeded my expectations.

Very personable and professional.  Was running a little late, but called ahead to explain which was appreciated.  Carefully placed drop cloths to keep house clean.  Did a thorough job cleaning chimney and fireplace, even going so far as cleaning the glass in the fireplace door.  Great experience.

Tim arrived at our home with punctuality, professionalism and politeness.   He and his partner performed the job of cleaning our chimney and fireplace.  He also did an inspection of the chimney.   He gave me a couple of tips which I appreciated and will follow up on.  I will use this service again in a couple of years.

The crew was punctual and extremely polite. All of the work was done well. I would definitely recommend them.

My appointment was for today, November 13 at 1:00pm. At 1:30 when they hadn't shown up or called me, I called them. They let me know they were behind and asked if they could reschedule me for 4 today instead. I can't do that. I changed my schedule around for todays appointment as it is. They let me know they were booked up the rest of the week too. I couldn't believe that they would just not show up to my scheduled appointment and then tell me they were too busy to reschedule. They even suggested I get a refund. I will never work with them again.

We purchased an Angie's List deal from C & A Chiminey Sweep.  The company contacted us the very next day to schedule an appointment time for the following week.  They called before coming to say they would be an hour late - was that ok.  That was fine & they arrived on time.  They prepped the area of our living room quite well to protect it from any dirt that might develop and did a very professional job on the chimney.  They were here for about an hour.  When they were finished, they put our room back as they had found it - even cleaned the fireplace screen.  We would never have known they were here except for our very clean chiminey!  They were very nice to work with.  We will definitely use them again in the future.

It went fantastic.  They were very responsive, prompt and he asked if there was anything else they could do with the remaining half hour.

Arrive on time and started work immediately.  They were quick but through and clean up after themselves.  Very professional.

A good experience - they were running late and called 30 minutes outside of scheduled time to tell me.  Very nice employees.

I had some problems initially getting in touch with them after purchasing the Angie's List Deal but I think it's because they don't typically schedule customers via email.  Once I made a phone call, I was able to get scheduled up with no problem.
On the day of service, they were running late but called to let me know. 
Once they arrived, the promptly got to work and got everything done and taken care of in just over half an hour.

Everything went great. They arrived in the time frame, asked what needed to be done, and got right to work.  I am happy with the work that was completed, it looks great!

We are very satisfied with the work done. Mr. Anderson was punctual and polite; he even offered to come back to mulch around one other tree for no extra charge.

Was a good experience for the price of the coupon. Only improvement would of been if they could of let us know how behind they were running. Overall we would ire them again for any of our chimney needs. I am glad they agreed to stick with the appointment date we scheduled even if it was later in the day.

Tim and his associate were very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning our chimneys.  They were very clean and did not leave any mess.  He also provided useful information to us about the use and care of our fireplaces.  Highly recommeded.
