Bob Workman, owner and operator of Brown's Flooring, welcomes you to our showroom to view the many flooring selections we offer; take home samples to be sure your new flooring works in your home's lighting; and, receive a free estimate - no obligation. Brown's Flooring has been serving Indianapolis and it's surrounding areas since 1984. Bob has been in the business for over 20 years and has owned Brown's Flooring since 2004. Uses subs (which have been with company for minimum 15 years up to 30 years). Cost is determined by the job. Ask about angie's list discount (cannot be used with any other offer).

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE VERY CONVENIENT AND WERE ABLE TO ORDER THE SAME MATERIAL AS THEY DID FOR A WOOD FLOOR IN A SMALLER AREA OF OUR HOME, SO THAT IT WOULD MATCH.

SEEMED LIKE THE INSTALLERS WERE IN A HURRY, THEY LEFT THE AREA MESSIER THAN I WOULD HAVE LIKED (THEY COULD HAVE VACUUMED AFTER THEMSELVES). OTHER THAN THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE INSTALLATION.

THE HARDWOOD FLOOR IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. IT WAS A PRE-FINISHED FLOOR, SO THERE WAS NO SANDING OR VARNISHING DONE IN MY HOME. THE LAMINATE IS GREAT. THE CARPET IS FINE; THERE WERE PROBLEMS IN INSTALLATIONS, BUT EVERYTHING WAS CORRECTED PROMPTLY. BROWN'S PRICES ARE HIGH, BUT THEY ARE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT PROVIDING THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION. YOU DO NEED TO CHECK THEIR WORK CAREFULLY, BECAUSE SOME OF THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS NEED THAT KIND OF OVERSIGHT AND SUPERVISION.

THEY WERE EASY AND NICE TO WORK WITH (SALES/OFFICE STAFF). THE PERGO INSTALLER, KENNY, WAS A PERFECTIONIST. WE DID HAVE TO CALL BACK TO HAVE HIM FINISH MINOR TRANSITION PIECE THOUGH. THE CARPET INSTALLATION WAS BASIC, BUT HAD TO HAVE THEM COME BACK OUT TO CUT BOTTOM OF BATHROOM DOOR SO IT WOULD CLOSE. OVERALL, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
