Bob Workman, owner and operator of Brown's Flooring, welcomes you to our showroom to view the many flooring selections we offer; take home samples to be sure your new flooring works in your home's lighting; and, receive a free estimate - no obligation. Brown's Flooring has been serving Indianapolis and it's surrounding areas since 1984. Bob has been in the business for over 20 years and has owned Brown's Flooring since 2004. Uses subs (which have been with company for minimum 15 years up to 30 years). Cost is determined by the job. Ask about angie's list discount (cannot be used with any other offer).

Overall experience was excellent!
Description of Work: Brown's laid a laminate floor in our basement living room (14 ft. x 25 ft.). Bob Workman was excellent to deal with as was the crew he had for installation. We were in the store on Saturday to pick out the flooring and it was installed the following week. Bob came out for the estimate when he said he would - the installers were there when they were supposed to be and did an excellent job. A pleasure to deal with! I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A NEW LAMINATE FLOOR IN OUR KITCHEN AND ENTRYWAY. THE LADIES AT THE STORE WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL, PLEASANT AND ALLOWED US TO TAKE HOME NUMEROUS SAMPLES OF LAMINATE FLOORING TO HELP US CHOOSE WHAT WE WANTED. THE INSTALLATION WAS PERFECT! OUR INSTALLER, KEN, WAS ON TIME, EFFICIENT, AND A REAL PERFECTIONIST! HE REALLY PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND WE LOVE OUR NEW FLOORING! IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL! THE ONLY THING WE DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE COVE MOLDING COLOR, SO WE CALLED THE STORE AND THEY SENT AN INSTALLER TO OUR HOME THE VERY NEXT DAY TO REPLACE IT (FREE OF CHARGE). THEY'RE GREAT TO WORK WITH, HONEST, AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE SURE THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY. WE WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND BROWNS FLOORING TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS AND WE WILL BE RETURN CUSTOMERS!
