I love the new flooring!  They had a wide selection available with quick installation.  The installers always called to let us know their arrival time.  They moved furniture and did a great job cleaning up.

We did find someone for carpet installation and we actually used Angie's List. He had good honest pricing and the installation went good. We'll probably have to have them come back out to stretch one area of the carpet but I'm sure they won't hesitate to help us with that. There was good communication and overall good service. I'm happy with them.

It went very well. We picked out the floor, had Bob measure and send us a quote and when we were ready for installation, one quick call and they got the ball rolling. The job was scheduled and they called a week early and ask if could be completed on a Saturday. It worked out great for us. I would use them again.

This is an EXCELLENT COMPANY.  It is family owned and everyone was extremely helpful---actually went above and beyond.  They were on time, had excellent follow up and did a fabulous job.  I can only rave about how great this company is.  A+!

It went well, as I recall it took 2 days to complete. My floor is beautiful!

We had somebody do our floors. The company that came out for that was Brown's Flooring. Overall I thought that that experience would have the possibility of more than like an 'A' plus because it was amazing. It is a wonderful company to work with it.

Bob and his staff were professional and timely.   They were a pleasure to work with and would use gain in the future.

I really like Brown's flooring.  We've used them for more than 10 years. They are responsive, reasonably priced, give good advice, and I trust them.  That's why it was so frustrating that they did a great job replacing the carpeting, but it took three calls over several weeks to get their person out to install the metal threshold strips between the carpeted bedroom and outer (tiled) rooms.  The first time, I can accept; perhaps not everyone requests these strips.  But for it to take two followup calls across two weeks is not acceptable. 
I'd still recommend them to anyone, but they have to realize that follow-up is expected after an initial "oops".

Carpet and wood floor installers did a very good job and clearly knew their trade. They showed up when scheduled and completed the job as planned. The carpet and wood installed looks great. The owner (Bob) was knowledgeable, prompt, helpful, and available. I got 3 estimates and they were all very close in price. Brown's was selected because of the Bob's professionalism, and the good reviews and comments on angie's list.

They have always been real nice. When it came up I went right to them and asked them. They told me the guy had a certain price for it and that’s what I paid. He was really a nice guy. I told him the carpet needed to be stretched and I didn't mention the metal strip. He did the metal strip and didn't charge me for it.

Bob was so responsive in coming out to my home to provide a quote and offer very valuable suggestions in dealing with a situation with two types of old tile.   I really value responsiveness in a business relationship and Brown's flooring couldn't have been better.   The carpet installers and flooring installer were exceptional.   Their professionalism and work ethic as well as care of my home was even better than I could have anticipated.  I would definitely use Brown's flooring in the future.

Our entire experience with Brown's Flooring was excellent. We walked into showroom and Bob helped us find some carpet samples that matched what we were looking for. He came over on a day that worked for us and measured our second floor. He then gave us an estimate that listed out each price and explained the estimate to us. After deciding on the sample we wanted, Bob worked with us on price. We wanted to tear the carpet and padding ourselves since we have done that before. Bob said that was fine and took that cost off of the estimate. He then even offered to pick up the old carpet and padding for us so that we wouldn't have to dispose of it ourselves, free of charge. The installation itself went great as well. The installers came on time on the days they were scheduled and went right to work. Everyone at Brown's Flooring couldn't have been easier to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Bob Workman was so helpful from the time I entered the showroom.  I'm ancient and this was the first time I had ever purchased carpet.  I have hardwood floors in my home, and this was for a part-time place.  He advised me on choices for a  part-time, low traffic use.  Later he came to the place with samples and helped me make a choice.  I postponted installation because of bad weather and my travel to get to Indpls.  He was totally cooperative.  On the rescheduled date, Tom and Keith arrived and went to it.  They were very polite and professional.  They work efficiently, as well.  Tore out all the old carpet and padding in one day, put in the new padding in all the rooms and finished a big, walk-in closet with the new carpet.  They came back the next morning and finished the carpet in all the rooms.  I would highly recommend Brown's.  I have some space to replace a vinyl flooring and will definitely have Brown's do it..

carpeting and how closely he pays attention to detail is astounding!

They did a great job.  There was a manufacturing flaw with the carpet and they arranged for the manufacturer to replace it.  They then ultimately installed it.  So they stood behind the product and really went the extra mile to get things taken care of.  Their full service in general stood out to me.  They were very pleasant to deal with.  Their price was very fair.  They did a real good job.  I will definitely use them again in the future.
