We had used their services before. They were on time, and cleaned up well afterwards and even used booties in our home. They were courteous and satisfied with the work.

All went well with the visit but the technician missed a hole in the furnace plenum which then showed up on our home inspection.

I really appreciate George's work on the wiring repairs to the blower assembly. He did a good, professional, and thorough job. The charges seemed a little high to me, considering time spent on the job (about 1.25 hrs) and that there were no replacement parts involved. But maybe I'm a little behind the times on customary/reasonable charges for trip fees and (partless) repairs. George was here awhile longer than the 1.25 hr service time, but that was to discuss and work up quotes for duct cleaning and full furnace replacement. We took him up on the duct cleaning offer.

Overall the experience was excellent. They had someone come out and review the system, and they gave me an accurate estimate. The work they did was extremely good. They were very professional, and it was accomplished in less than a day. They also cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint is that they didn't follow up after installation.

It seems to be working fine. He checked and found no leaks or anything wrong.

The Village Plumbing office was easy to work with. The company has office staff available to take and answer questions, their responses are prompt, and they honored their estimates. This was extensive work with many variables, and I felt like I understood what I was paying for every step of the way. Terry did a fantastic job communicating how the project was going and even called me with some updates while my family was on vacation. He also took the historic character of our house into consideration throughout the project. He's professional and personable. I enjoy working with him and Village plumbing and have learned a lot about how my home's plumbing works.

The job went well. This blower had been a problem for many years. They came and repaired it. They did a great job.

I like that they are close and very reliable. I've used them for 30 years.

It was fine. They were very good at telling us exactly went hey were going to come. They didn't tell us about a lot of options that they had for furnaces, but we didn't ask, but we were desperate because it was winter so we took the first option and it has been fine.

This was the first time I had used their services. They came on time to do the work, they explained exactly what they were going to be doing. Before they started the job they inspected the unit and then they gave me a price of what the work was going to cost.

Service tech promptly and professionally diagnosed problem and completed repair within the same day I called.

They are very professional. They've always done a good job and try to be cost conscientious with me.

Overall, our remodeling project went well, but there were a few "bumps" along the way. Village Plumbing came out on time to give us the estimate (an estimate they stayed within ten dollars of for the finished price.) But when the time came for them to actually come out and do the work, they were approximately 60 - 90 minutes late, and we were their first and only stop of the day. They said they had a "staff meeting," but wouldn't they have known about that when scheduling? They knew we both had to be at work early in the morning. The two men who came out seemed very nice, and even though they had the specs for what we were doing, they wanted us to bring the shower walls and base into the house to make sure everything was going to work properly. Our old house certainly had some quirks that kept them busy throughout the day. When I arrived home in the evening, they had just finished the work, and it was just about the price we were quoted on the estimate. The surprise came on Saturday, when we went to finish installing the shower: they hadn't installed the shower head high enough. If it had been a few inches taller, it would have been perfect. If it had been a few inches shorter, we could have drilled a hole in the shower. But, awkwardly, they had the shower head coming out of the wall in a place where it simply wouldn't work. (See the photograph.) We had to finish the project that Saturday, and Village Plumbing sent someone over in about an hour. He raised the height of the shower head a few inches, and now the shower works fine. I was frustrated they said they might have to charge us: we had already paid $2000 to have this exact job done. (They didn't charge us, I believe because it was their mistake.) I would have preferred that the shower head was put at the correct height to begin with; after all, they had the correct measurements and all the parts in the house. We're not sure how they came up short. But we appreciated their coming over to fix the shower the day we discovered the problem, and that's how we still feel they deserve an "A."

The technician was terrific, but I had trouble booking them. They told me they would give me a 15% discount because they installed the air conditioner and I was a long time member. The technician didn't know anything about the discount. I called them back, and they said I couldn't get the discount unless I had a service contract; but they didn't tell me this over the phone. I will not use them again because they were not honest with me.

My experience with them was good. They were on time. There were no surprises and no additional fees. I would recommend them and use them again.

They did a good job. They were out the very same morning that we lost water and they got it fixed that day. It took them all day to do it but they got the job done.

It went well. They did the job timely, and they did the job efficiently and cleanly and didn't leave any messes. They did a good job installing the new system.

The experience was very positive. They are a good company. The gentleman that came out was very professional in how he handled himself and how he explained things to me.

I can not say enough good things about them. The sales person, the installer, the person who did the service work, and the girl in the office were all incredibly professional.

I have used this company for the past twenty years. They were recommended to me. I feel that the cost is good and the do a good job keeping those systems running efficiently.

They are efficient, knowledgeable. They do good handy work. They are prompt and clean. They were very competitively priced. The price was exactly what the estimate said.

John arrived at the time I was told to expect him. He did everything he could to diagnose the problem. When he found that the main problem was not a plumbing problem he completely explained what the problem was and even spoke to my husband on the phone twice so I would not be repeating the explanation to him and leaving parts out.

YOU WOULD BE SILLY NOT TO USE THESE GUYS IF YOU LIVE ANYWHERE WITHIN 10-15 MINUTES OF BROAD RIPPLE.

They did a beautiful job. They were nice and clean when they were here. I have a service contract with. I have used them for about 18 years now. They are a little expensive, but they are very efficient. They always arrive on time. They call to inform you if you need a checkup. They are very good at calling before hand to let you know that they are coming.

They were excellent. They where on time and very professional. They had a little accident when mixing the cement, but the tiles they broke they made right.
