It took a while for them to do the work because it was not an easy job, but they did an awesome job. They also installed a garbage disposal that we had purchased.

called and got an appointment. They showed up on time. The service rep. was fantastic.....great customer service, skills, etc.

Everything went very well. They were able to repair the igniter. They were very polite and went out of their way to try to get it fixed quickly because the weather outside was so cold. They got the igniter repaired rather than replacing the entire furnace, which I appreciated. They were very good about it. The cost was in a reasonable range, and I would certainly use them again.

We have had them out several times for miscellaneous repairs. They always do a very professional job. The people who come out seem to know what they are doing. There was one leaky faucet that we asked them to look at. They explained what the problem was and told us how to fix it on our own. They did not charge us anything for that.

We have been their customers for many years. We have a service contract with them which we feel is valuable. The price is fair.

Showed up on Christmas Eve at 11pm. Very professional and very prompt service.

They do an outstanding job. I had a problem with my furnace last week and I was able to get a hold of someone at 6 in the morning. They were able to come out and take care of the problem.

Called around 8pm after getting home from work and had no water in the house. They were there within one hour. The technician had the pipes unfrozen in the garage within 30-40 minutes, which turned on all the water in the house. Great, goal met. Then he said he would have to use this machine to unthaw my laundry sink in the garage. It would cost me $170.00 just to hook it up. He told me there was no other way to get the laundry sink pipes thawed. I said I guess I had no choice then. He hooked up the machine for approx 3 minutes. Then told me the facet was broken and the pipes were broken underneath the sink. It would cost me another $250.00 for him to come back and fix what he broke. I called the owner of the buisness the next day and explained to him what had happened. He said he wanted to come out and look at the sink, which he did. We came to no resolution and he walked away stating he stood my his technician and would not fix my sink.

We had just moved into a new home and wanted to continue our practice of a yearly furnace inspection. Being in a new home made us especially motivated. We have always had service technicians who are knowledgable, professional and courteous. Matthew was no exception. In fact, he remembered coming to our old home! We usually purchase the "Double Date" deal which includes an annual inspection of the AC and furnace. We were allowed to move our pre-paid inspection with us to the new home. While the cost for this visit was pre-paid, I was surprised to find that we have a humidifier. Matthew replaced the humidifier pad at a reasonable price, and all was new! As I write this review, it is 15 degrees outside, and we have NO static electricity in the house! Thanks Matthew for pointing this out to us!

We liked the people but it took a long time to get it done and we had to keep calling back. I am not sure if the system that we got was not flawed because we still have problems with it. Their service was excellent. The things they put in were very difficult. The thermostat does not always match the temperature so we are still messing around with it. We don?t like that but they did not create the Mitsubishi system that we had. They put it in and the way they put it in was very good. There are 2 air handlers and one fan outside. There are 2 thermostats; upstairs and downstairs. This house is old and tricky. They had a tough time with it. They called Mitsubishi who sent out an expert and he did not know what was going on with it. I don?t know whom to blame. We got a heat pump and it worked fine. They were really good but we had trouble because of the system.

They were competitively priced. They had a good product. They were willing to do the work we wanted, when we wanted it done. There were no delays.

I had shopped around for a new heating/cooling system for my 25-year old condo, that had the original air handler, but the heat pump had been replaced. I talked to 3 different companies on Angie's List and received 3 different estimates, all within comparable range. Larry Howald from BR Heating and AC gave the most complete information from the outset, explained all my options, gave me the options in writing and answered every question I had, including qualifying for the energy tax credit. This was a big expense for me, and I had done some homework regarding heating and cooling systems and energy efficiency. Larry explained a few things I hadn't yet thought of, and I felt I was dealt with in a courteous, professional and honest manner from the beginning of the sale through the entire installation process. The work was scheduled within 2 weeks and the process went smoothly from beginning to end, taking about 6 hours to get the system installed. I have used this company before, and will continue to do so.

Our experience with them has gone very well. They always show up on time when they say they will. We will continue to use them in the future.

Their service technicians are always on time and are very polite. They told us a few years ago that we needed new units but were honest in when we needed to have them replaced and we were able to wait to get it done. We ended up using them to replace the units. I would highly recommend them!

They are very prompt and if htey can't make the scheduling they always call. We'll continue to use them as needed in the future.

They came out promptly. They started and finished the work when they said they would. They seemed to be attentive to the customers needs.

My water heater failed late at night. I had to get the water turned off at the mmeter, since the plumbing company my home warranty provider uses did not retuurn their or my phone calls. The next day, the home warranty plumbers said that they couldn't come for another day, and then only to diagnose the problem. WhenI said I had no water, they were unmoved and uncaring. I got the home warranty company to allow me to get my own plumber. I called Village Plumbing. They said that they could get there later in the day. I mentioned that I had no water and the dispatcher said he would do what he could. About an hour later, the dispatcher told me that they had a cancellation and the plumber would be arriving within a half hour. The plumber arrived as promised, was very friendly and professional. He replaced the water heater and valve and got my water turned back on. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job.

Great, good and knowledgeable. More expensive then I wanted but later realized it was money well spent.

They were prompt and were here when they said they would be here. I found them to be reliable. I had gotten a discount coupon through the mail. There was a part in my electric furnace that the technician determined was not working. It had heater coils in it. The furnace was functioning at only half its efficiency, and it was time to replace it. They had also installed heat pump systems in around 2000, and it had a tag on it. When I called them I found out that they had a record of the installation.

They came the same morning I called. They were very effecient and had the job done quickly.

A Broad Ripple representative was out within a few hours of our call. He examined the furnace. He did a temporary fix to get the old furnace working but explained we needed a new one ASAP. He arranged for a sales rep to come out who explained various types of furnaces and their costs. After a few days to consider the one we wanted we had Broad Ripple install the new furnace. The instillation went very smooth, the process was done efficiently. All of the employees knew what they were doing, were respectfully of our house and belongings. We are very happy with the work done by their crew. Overall we couldn't have asked for better service.
