It was a positive experience. When we called they came pretty quickly. They gave us a time where they would be here and they were there on time. The serviceman was very pleasant and very helpful.

The furnace stopped working on a very a cold day. A person came out and found the problem right away. A hose had fallen off of the unit, he had a length of hose in his truck and was able to fix it right away. When we called they were able to send someone right away, which was very impressive. They were very reasonable in price and we were very pleased with the service they provided.

I was losing water pressure but they cleaned it out and it works great now. They were on time, efficient, professional, and they did what they said they would do.

They did a good job. I had a good experience with them. They were on time; everything was fine.

The guy was a little apprehensive because of the age and condition of the fixture, so he put some disclaimers into the contract. It was a successful operation. He managed to circumvent the issues without destroying the thing, so it was all good.

The guy said he would call me back but he never did. As a result, he lost the sale because he never followed through. I liked the guy while he was here and the estimate was okay.

I don't remember how much it cost. They were very professional. I called them up and they scheduled somebody and he was here exactly when they said he would be. He was a competent young guy. He found that the original fan motor had failed. He replaced the fan motor and he assumed it was a half horsepower, but when he took it out he found it was a third horsepower. So that reduced the cost. They put in exactly the same fan motor they took. I signed up for regular service with them. I was very impressed. They were very professional. The call-in to set up the appointment was very well done. I was very pleased. I thought the price was reasonable covering the cost of the replacement fan motor and the price for the service call. I did sign up for the service which means they call once a year and come out and schedule a review and a check of the system. I can't remember the price of that but I thought that was reasonable too. I had a feeling they were not gouging particularly when he could have sold me the higher value fan motor. I had a good feeling all the way round and I did sign up for the service. The guy was extremely competent. He was quietly efficient. He took care not to dirty up the house. When I called, the person who took the call was very competent and responsive. They gave me some appointment options.

They are very professional, timely, and do a good job. They don?t do a messy job. They clean up after themselves. They also give a report of the job they do and take your opinion.

They did a good job. The quality of work they did was excellent. I rate them high overall.

In the past two years They are aways trying to talk us into something more. We let them put a new furnace upstairs. They were after us to do duct cleaning. We had an independent company do this work. They had one tech that seemed to know what he was doing. Another tech came out and did a poor job, so the good tech had to fix some of that work. They were no prompt. They did not always show up when they said they would. They always sent out different technicians.

We have a maintenance contract with them. We are thinking of changing. We have had them for so many years, probably 5 or 10 years. It seems like they have a real failed program. They told us the last couple of times that we needed to replace something on the outside unit and when we told them that they replaced it 6 months ago, they said it was okay. It seems like they are always trying to sell something. They do a good job. Their price is probably in the ball park. We would hire them in the future, but after the last couple of trips we might look for somebody else. We will probably wind up staying with them till we find somebody else.

They seemed to know their job. I can't remember exactly when they were here. We have a contract with them so they do the cleaning as part of it. I can't remember the price and my husband pays all the bills fortunately, so I never pay attention. I remember the price being cheap. I imagine the quality is okay because we haven't had a problem.

I thought that the repairman did a nice job. He was thorough with his diagnosis. The heater was working and not working. He mostly just had to go along with what I had explained to him because it was working at the time that he came. Whatever he fixed with the flame sensor did seem to solve the problem and it has been working ever since. I do believe he diagnosed it and fixed it properly. However, I was not at all impressed with their pricing. When he was here, he tried to sell me a year round service and if was to sign up for the year round service, at that very moment I could deduct the amount of that day's charge from that. My husband was not home and was tied up with meetings, so I said I couldn't do that without speaking to my husband first. It sounded like once I paid the charges for that day's service, then the option for signing up for the year round service would cost the full amount and I could not deduct the $200. I thought that was very poor pricing strategy that we had to make the decision on the spot or be out $200. That pricing really made me angry. They were not very professional because they were trying to sell something else at that moment. I understand that they want to get everybody on the servicing thing, but that was not a customer-friendly way to go about it. It was going to cost $400 for the yearly service. I know it wasn't his fault, but somebody else above him had done the pricing. The service was fine, but the pricing was annoying.

They did not have to do a lot. However, we did not have problem with them. They were easy to work with, and they were very responsive.

The work was quite simple, and they did a good job. I also took a service contract with them. I was not happy with them the last time since they first charged us a big sum and when we were unhappy they dropped the price. That is something not right. I had to call them again since I did not have the time to call somebody else.

They gave me the estimate almost a month ago, but I did not use them. I had used them for my service contract for my heating and air and I had been very satisfied with them. But I had to put a whole new furnace and air-conditioner system in, so when I went out with quotes, Broad Ripple actually didn't have the brand I was looking for. That's the only reason I did not go with them. I had a very good impression of them while doing the estimation. Their prices were comparable. I wanted a specific model system and they did not offer that system, so that's the only reason I did not go with them.

All of the pipes were rusted out so we had to have them out to replace it. They did a good job. They came out the same day we called, they said they would be there between 12pm-2pm and called to see if they could come early, and showed up at 11am. They called me with an estimate, which I appreciated. I didn't have to time go to the house when they were there to bring them the Angie's List coupon, so they honored it without seeing the coupon. After about 4 hours of work, he called and told me about the problems they were having and let me know about the increase in price for the additional work. There weren't any problems, they were very upfront with everything they had to do. I really appreciated their honesty, and there was nothing unexpected when I got there. They were very professional to work with.

Very professional. Answered all my questions and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't request info on.

We use them all the time. I don't remember the cost of the unit. I recommend them all the time. I have rental properties and they have helped me out there as well. They are very responsive. I know they know what they are doing. I never felt like I was being oversold.

Very badly. I contacted Village Plumbing on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 to arrange for a service technician to clear a bathroom sink drain. My schedule is such that I'm out of town frequently and asked them for an appointment that Friday, February 26. They said they were not available that Friday so we agreed to an appointment the following Friday, March 5, 2010. A few days later I received a notice confirming my appointment but scheduled it for March 12, 2010. I e-mailed them to correct the date to March 5 as originally planned. They confirmed that change and even called a couple days prior to the March 5 date to inform me that they would arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on that day. On the morning of March 5, I made a trip to the property to wait for them. They called me around 8:00 a.m. to inform me that there had been a scheduling problem and would not be able to come until later that afternoon or the following day. I told them I was unavailable for the next 50 years and hung up.

I usually sign up for a three-year contract and I think I am in the second year. They are absolutely fantastic. They are very punctual and very professional. I will absolutely use them in the future and I would recommend them to anybody.
