Excellent job. Showed up on time, was very professional and careful. Not necessarily the least expensive provider, but well worth it.

They were professional. They came early at 8:00 in the morning, instead of at 1:30. It actually worked out quite well. I'm not sure why they did that, but it ended up working out best for everyone. I don't have any complaints about them. I thought the pricing was a little high, but they prided themselves on having experts and such.

They did one of our neighbor's houses, and they were happy with them. Their prices also seemed good. Everything went fine.

Rainy Sunday morning, the sump pump in the crawl space was not working. Called at 7:30 am and a very polite and helpful person took all information. Plumber called within 30 min, came out within an hour, replace sump pump, fixed problem. Very quick, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Price quoted was what delivered. Extremely pleased with work.

They came out and gave me the estimate and discussed different prices. They lowered their price. It was normal and everything was fine, I was just able to find another company that could do the work cheaper.

I had an 8am appointment but I got a call at 9:30 saying the technician was on his way. I told them not to bother coming out because I don?t have time. It was very unprofessional to come that late without calling sooner. My feeling is if you can?t call because you aren?t going to be on time, then there is nothing I can do for you.

We have used this company for about 20 years. They give us excellent service. When we bought the furnace we had some issues, and they went over and above to get it sorted. When they come for regular clean up they do not leave a mess. They are always responsive, forthcoming, and never cheat me.

I have an old house that needs a new efficient furnace and new ductwork. Tim Farmer and an associate came to my house twice to plan the best way to save me money and keep me comfortable, while keeping in mind the physical and aesthetic constraints of my home. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and came up with a plan that worked for my house. I received a prompt and reasonable estimate very shortly after they visited my house. Unfortunately, the solution I felt was best was outside of my budget for now, so I am delaying the work until I can afford it, but I would recommend Tim to anyone.

The person who came did an absolutely incredible job. The sump pump had burned out and had to be replaced and it was a total mess. He cleaned all that and put the sump pump. He did a very good job and it looks good. The pump is working well.

They were the only ones that answered their phone when my furnace went out. It was 10 o'clock at night when I got through to them. The man came out. He was knowledgeable. It took him a while get here because he was way up in the north and I am on the far south east. When he got here, he didn't try and mislead me or take any short steps. I felt very positive about the work he did. When you buy a specific part from a specific manufacturer or a specific assembly, you are going to pay more than you want to. Given that and the service they provided, I would say their price was reasonable. I would have ended up having to pay the same thing no matter what company I went to. I didn't have a problem with the company as far as the price of the work they did. I was not real happy at that time because it was taking him so long to get here. But considering that they called him at home and he was way up north, I think he was punctual.

I have a service contract with them. When my furnace went out I couldn't reach them. There was a problem with their phone service. Except for that night when they didn't answer their phone, I have not had a problem with them. I believe they have treated me fairly. I have recommended them to family members.

I was really happy with the service. The humidifier has helped just having the humidity in our home. I went with them because they had a specific brand that we wanted. We had initially wanted an air purifier and I initially wanted a brand that they and one other company carried. I think that they quoted me a good price on the air purifier. Larry Howald, the main manager, came to my home. He was very nice and he explained everything. He was very personable and professional. He sent me a quote the next day for everything. We were going to do air purifier, humidifier, and we had 2 furnaces, so it was going to be a lot and then we were going to have the air ducts cleaned out. With all the expenses we just decided to go with the humidifier in the end. That's why I originally chose them because of the brand that they used.

They did the job in an efficient, timely manner. There were no problems. We had some rebates taken off the price. They did what they said they would do when they said they would. A year later, everything works fine.

I've used them for a number of years now. They're really good. They're good about calling and coming out for servicing. They are popular and busy enough that you're low priority if you don't have a service contract, so that can be a problem.

He is one of the best people I have had in my house in ages. He did such a great job. I would recommend him.
