He was very courteous, friendly, and very neat in his work. I have an annual contract with Service Experts that is reasonably priced and provides a discount on parts and any future work. I have used this company for many years, and I can always count on them if there are any problems with my HVAC system.

Description of Work: Routine furnace maintenance. |Was told that capacitor on blower (fan) needed replacement which cost $106.00 |This capacitor sells for $11.92 on Amazon. I would estimate |installation time to be approximately 2-3 minutes. |Since I already had prepaid for the routine service call ($180.00) and the technician was already here, the capacitor replacement cost appears excessive. |I was also told I needed a new thermostat but the present one appears to be functioning flawlessly.

Description of Work: I have used Service experts for years. I have a service agreement with them. They service two furnaces and one air conditioner for me at the rate of $270/year. The agreement includes two visits a year, 24/7 emergency service, and discounts on additional work and furnace parts. their technicians are courteous and skilled.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace and AC systems. The services were done the next day. There was an issue that needed some additional cleanup, but it was done immediately.

Description of Work: Have used them for the 20 years I have owned this house. They maintain the AC and Furnace for me (and replaced them about 5 years ago). Have always liked the technicians and found them to be knowledgeable.

Description of Work: June 10-Checked hot water tank for possible leak. None found. Determined AC condenser pipe leaking.June 16-glued AC pipe satisfactorily. Cost for visit and service agreement on furnace and air conditioner $260. Very honest and professional. Would recommend them.

Description of Work: AC unit wasn't working. Called and had to leave a message- no one returned my call. Called again and explained the air handler is in the attic. They sent someone out 3 days later. Tech showed up with a bad attitude. Didn't bring a ladder. Didn't want to go up into the attic. When he came back down he explained that I would need a new AC unit because that parts for mine are not available. I called another company for a quote, they found the parts and fixed the unit. This was a SALES job. Tech was not interested in fixing my unit.
