Description of Work: They replaced the thermostat on my heat pump and rewired the inside thermostat. It went OK. I used them because they were the original installers of the equipment, purchased prior to my buying the home. The thermostat was covered by the manufacturer's warrant,but I had to pay for two service calls. There seemed to be some question as to the right way to repair the problem, but it seems to be fine now. Rich was the technician doing the work and he was very nice, very professional, and seemed to genuinely desire our satisfaction with his work.

Description of Work: We have maintenance agreements with them for our A/C and furnace. The service reps are knowledgeable, courteous and available to answer any questions. Sean replaced a fuse and also cleaned the humidifier framework which was heavily coated with calcium from a faulty water softener.
