I have used them for years. They always do a great job. They replaced my furnace back in 1999 and have serviced it ever since.

Called on Sunday afternoon. Call returned. He listed all charges per line item. When he would arrive, and did, I wanted him to do the job. He did work as promised, cleaned up and listed above charges on invoice. I mentioned that Angie's List profile mentioned a 10% senior discount, and he gave it to me.

He was very neat in appearance. He even put on his little booties. He was a nice guy.

They were expensive but they did a good job.

Broad Ripple found that the problem was in a totally different part of the unit and was able to silver solder the break. The technician came on time, worked quickly, and had our house cooled down in 15 minutes after having been without AC for 3 days. We canceled our inspection contract with our former company and took out one with Broad Ripple. The price above includes the repair, a discount, and one year's service contract.

They were on time, very helpful and professional. They took great care with the work they were doing. They also cleaned up everything and I am very satisfied.

Called and requested someone to come out and quote for a new unit, as current one was not fixable. Person who set appointment was very nice. Jeff, the sales person, came and went over our current unit, and then made recomendations. Jeff was very professional, and informative. He left the quote, but did not follow-up, that was the only thing I found lacking. Since the air was broken, and it was HOT, I indicated that install would have to be ASAP. I would not hesitate to use them, and would recomend them.

Overall the job is smooth and according to what he told me.

Easy to set up appointment. Repairman arrived early and was polite and prompt. Placed protective shoe covers and also mat in front of sink before starting. After hearing description of problem, looked in chart and said cost would be 224 to repair and I would have to sign before he started. It took less than 20 minutes for him to do entire job and he only had to take off the top of the faucet handle to get to the washer. I had 25 dollar off coupon from Angie's List so cost 207 with tax. I was stunned that such a short, straightforward job would be so expensive.

All the service people who come to our house are so friendly and very professional and because we have an annual contract we went them, they treat us really well.

Our water pressure in the upstairs bathroom and the basement laundry room has never been great. But recently, the hot water flow to the tub/shower and the washing machine was a trickle! I checked out Angie's List, picked VP because of grades and proximity. I had to postpone my initial appointment and they were very gracious, giving me a Saturday morning appointment that same week. Our plumber arrived on time, pinpointed the problem, fixed it and then took the time to explain it to me. He also was able to give me an estimate for drain cleaning AND one for replacing the bad pipes from the basement to the upstairs. We will definitely contract with VP to do this work.

Within an hour of my phone call, a technician arrived to resolve the problem. The kitchen sink had clogged causing water backflow into the dishwasher, which caused overflow from my kitchen into the living room carpet. Their excellent response and quick service prevented further damage to surrounding areas. Bonus! The technician suggested I look for their mailed coupon, I found it, and saved $68.00!

Our water heater stopped working on a Tuesday. After researching Angie's List, I called Village Plumbing on Thursday morning. They gave me a quote over the phone. An appt. was arranged for the next day. Lance showed up right on time. He had the new heater installed within 2 hours, all along answering any questions I had. A great experience!

I really can't say enough about this company. They have done several other plumbing jobs on my house and everyone of them was done well. They are always on time, friendly, courteous and tell us exactly what they are going to do. I will never use another company for any plumbing issues that may come up in my home.

Fan went out on A/C. The unit is under maintenance and we are a preferred customer. The problem was diagnosed on Thursday pm, they failed to order the part until Monday pm. It was a long hot weekend. They said it was month end and just forget.

My relationship with them has been satisfactory.

They did great work and I would use them again.

Had them come during February, when it was very cold outside & my faucet wouldn't shut off. Faucet had to be rebuilt. They were very response. They came out the same day & were able to fit me into their busy schedule. It was a little expensive & he didn't tell me that I could get a whole new faucet replacement for around $70, but they did make sure that I got a $25 off coupon & the plumber that came out was very good.

They did a good job and we would use them again.

I did not end up needing Village Plumbing's services, but after the professional way they treated me, even after canceling, I will call them again, should the need arise.

I would not hesitate to call Broad Ripple again (requesting Ted, of course) and I will recount the pleasant experience to my co-workers and friends.
