They did good work and we would use them again.

They quoted me an initial price and they gave us a discount because we were an Angie's List member. I was completely satisfied. I got a coupon in the mail, after the work was done, that gave $100 off for duct cleaning. I called in about the coupon and they gave me the credit. We are under contract with them. I walk with a cane and my garbage cans were out and the tech got my trash can for me. This was very nice. They do a good job. This is the 2nd contract we have gotten with them.

They were excellent. They were stellar in their installation. It was a little expensive, but the work was good. I am using them again on Thursday for a soft water unit which should be about $1,500.

Very patient in answering all of my questions and did not rush me through it and very professional.

Service tech was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Their customer service staff is always ready & willing to assist.

They do very well. We do a two for one special with them, where we get a discount for spring and fall servicing.

Our furnace was shutting off intermittently. The repairmen came out and told me that it might be difficult to assess the problem because it wasn't occurring regularly. He looked at the furnace and concluded that the sensor was most likely corroded. He cleaned the sensor and told me that the sensor and a dirty filter could contribute to the furnace shutting down. The repairmen further informed me that if this didn't do the trick, Broad Ripple heating and A/C would come out again (within 90 days) without charging the service charge. The repairman was very pleasant and professional.

The water ran out very slowly from my bathtub and I had the technician open the drain. He found hair and other debris and cleaned it all out thoroughly. He was very professional and wasted no time completing the job.

Our water heater went out over Labor Day weekend. Ed Kittle returned our call right away, made an appointment for first thing the next morning, and was on time for that appointment. Both he and the service tech explained our options thoroughly, followed through with what they said they'd do and made sure we understood everything to our satisfaction. The job was completed quickly with minimal disruption. Very courteous and professional.

So far I've been very happy because they have never been cleaned. I have had the house for 35 years.

The lady who took the call had never heard of Angie's List, or apparently of plumbing since she had an air conditioning guy call me back. I called them again and there was no answer. I moved on to the next person on the list.

Two technicians, Rob V. and Brian F. were excellent in cleaning my ducts.

It didn't go. The higher rated company on Angie's List got the job at a savings to me of over $200.

The serviceman arrived on time and went right to work He preformed a routine fall checkup of the furnace to be sure it was operating correctly and did not have any gas leaks. He cleaned some parts and was very helpful in explaining how the furnace worked. e also gave me some helpful hints on how to keep my furnace running better and more efficient. I was very pleased with the service.

Very well. I called for service and before I completed the call, Village had a serviceman on the way to my house to stop the leaking. Village could not provide a replacement water heater until the next morning, so the serviceman did valve off the leaking W/H so that we had continuous water in the house all night. Although I did purchase the most expensive option offered, I did not feel "pressured" to do so.

The A/C is working. I was happy with everything until I went to a local hardware store and by chance saw a programmable thermostat that cost 10x less than what they had charged me. I am OK with paying more for good service but I don't want to be taken advantage of. I have used BR Heating and A/C before for yearly maintenance of the furnace and A/C. That service was fine. Will have to reconsider if something is broken.

Tech Kevin Moore was Wonderful, very professional, clean, efficient, and courteous, and more than exceeded my expectations.

An hour had gone by, and no one had called to tell me anything. I called again, and the woman said I was on the schedule and he would definitely be there that night. I called again at 11:15pm, and the woman said he was still coming. No one came, and no one called. The next day, they had the same guy who worked on it the first time to come out in look at it. He swore he didn't do anything to my system, and it was just a "coincidence" that something was wrong. He swore I had a blockage near the freon distributor, and said he couldn't pump down my system. He quoted me over $800 to vacuum out the system, replace the valve and do a system recovery. I don't think so! I had another company come out. After hours of trouble shooting. He found that Service Experts had crossed the wires to my fan which made it run backwards and not cool the coils. That cost me $159. The Service Experts service manager did reimburse me for the $59 cleaning cost and the $159 from the other company.

They are always punctual, perform quality work, and charge a fair price. I would use them again and recommend them.

I've had them for years. Their service has generally been very good. On this particular one, I was very surprised on the price. The technician confirmed my diagnosis. Said he didn't have the part on the truck and that he would have to go pick it up and I would be charged for it. Part on the Internet was $118. I was charged over $300 for the part/labor. I wrote a letter to the company and complained and they did send me some money back. I was happy about that. This was irritating to me because I had been a customer for some time - they did take care of it OK though.

Poorly. The first guy they sent out said I needed a new ($4,000) condensor. Then, then sent a 2nd guy the next day who said I needed new ($2,000 - $3,000) valves. The chirping was ongoing even when the unit was off, so Meanwhile, BRA&A ordered the 3k part w/out my authorization & said they would install it tomorrow unless they heard differently. I called them & told them no - it wasn't authorized. From there, I called another company, who said my condensor was just fine & the valves are fine; the chirping wasn't happening when either company was there, but the guys did a complete evaluation and my chirping is gone and my AC is still running fine.
