They were able to come out the same morning I called and that was helpful because I was leaving to go out of town. I really appreciated their promptness and courtesy. They were very professional. They fixed the problem and explained it clearly, even drawing a picture. They put booties on when they came in the house. They called right before they came. I used my Angie's List coupon and got the work done for half the cost.

I was very satisfied with everything. The technician was very helpful. I like to understand what they are working on and why and he was very willing to explain things.

They are very knowledgeable. The fellow that did the work for us had worked for someone else prior to that that we used so I followed him from another plumbing company.

They showed up on time. They explained my options to me and gladly did the work that I asked them to do.

They called 15 minutes before the scheduled time to tell us they were on the way. They arrive about 10 minutes early, professionally dressed. Quoted us the price, assuming no other problems, and explained what may need to be done if they did run into problems. They then accessed the drain from the outside access, and spent about 20 minutes cleaning out the sewer pipe. They then verified good water flow, and also went into the basement to make sure there were no problems with back-up after the fact. He noticed a leaking PVC pipe that he glued together, free of charge. The price was less than what he quoted us, due to Angie's List coupon and free "travel fee", and the entire job took 30-40 minutes total.

Initially, they were here for our seasonal gas furnace inspection & cleaning. What they found was that the unit had developed several cracks. They educated us about the safety issues involved and that they were required by law to stop immediately and turn off the gas. Each group of technicians were very polite, communicated to us throughout the process, and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the new unit and hope to enjoy not only a more comfortable home, but also energy savings as well.

A few days later came out & removed the old equipment without banging up the walls & installed the new furnace & air conditioner. They were prompt & cleaned up nicely. I would use them again.

I called to schedule the annual furnace checkup, two days before the appointment the blower started making a very loud sound. Technician George arrived on time and was able to fix the blower and completed the checkup. He wrote a full report on possible problems and suggested it was time to replace the heating system. Don called the next day and setup an appointment. He was never pushy and knew his product, just suggested what would work best for the size of our home. He crunched the numbers and we accepted the offer. Don set up the installation for the following Monday morning. Jim and Russ arrived on time Monday morning and went right to work; they were very professional and said if I had any questions don t hesitate to ask. They were so quiet. Twice I looked out the front window to see if the truck was still in the driveway. By 5:30PM the installation was complete and the new system was working.

They did a very good job, they were quick and they were concerned with everything that needed to be done. I would use them again in the future.

The technician quickly discovered that an internal gas valve had been turned off (by a Citizens' Gas tech who was in previously checking for a gas leak). Turning it on fully restored the furnace functionality.

I learned a lot from him about my septic tank. The information about my drain and septic tank was very valuable.

The plumber was on time (early actually!), explained what needed to be done, gave me an estimate before proceeding, did the work quickly and efficiently, showed me what he had done, then answered my questions and gave me an estimate on a different plumbing issue. The company also sent me a $50 coupon to use on this visit!

Surprise leak in the basement on a Saturday morning. Called 3 companies and Village was able to come out within a few hours. They didn't charge me an emergency fee since it was before noon on Saturday. Andy Jasper from Village came out, fixed the leak right away and took off 25 bucks since I'm an Angie's list member. Great Job.

The work was scheduled very quickly, the technician was very professional and answered all my questions. He explained what he was going to do, answered my questions, and recommended installation of a humidifier.

Excellent job. I am pleased with the timer on the pump and it works great. Hot water in the farthest part of the house in two seconds.

The first repair guy. He took care of one OK. The other one got frustrated with one and replaced a motor on the furnace. That didn't correct the problem, he was advising that we buy a new $8,000 furnace from them. He was out a few different times, replaced a few different things. Their lead repairman came out and fixed it, didn't charge us anything additional.

This past summer they came out to repair an evaporator coil. The furnace has to be moved in order to do this. Since my furnace was getting old, they offered to install a new one. I had them out most recently due to water running inside the furnace and out onto the garage floor. A connector had come loose. Once the repair was made, they noticed that the electronic coil was also broken. I was bothered to know that I have been using a broken electronic coil for the past 5 months. I left a message for the General Manager voicing my concern and my call was returned promptly. They company was will to accept that they goofed and they repair it for free which I found to be very professional. The electronic coil was replaced with a regular filter to fix the problem for now.

John Shultheis (the plumber) arrived on time and went over my hit list. In two plus hours he fixed all the problems, and even discovered one that the inspector had missed. I've had John do work in the past and he is an excellent and very thorough worker!

It is important to note that the price I've reported includes our A/C check up next spring. Gosh, we love BR Heating. The technicians are always polite and informative. This year the technician pointed out several items which will likely need replacement next Winter. We certainly appreciate that information. There will be no big surprises at our next inspection.

We were not very pleased with the completeness of the work but I think they were fine, they were polite, and on time.

It was an inconvenience waiting with all the mess. At no time were we without service.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND VERY RELIABLE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THE PRICING IS GOOD. WE HAVE THEM COME BACK TWICE A YEAR TO WORK ON THE AIR CONDITIONER AND FURNACE.
