They did a very professional job and were very thorough. They were mindful not to dirty our house and I would highly recommend them.

Called and set up appt. for later the same week. Andy was courteous and did the repair in timely manner. A few days later, I noticed the handle on the hot water valve was damaged and had to have them come back out to replace it. He thought when he put it on, he probably got his torch too close and melted part of the handle. You'd think that he would have noticed that when the original work was done.

Called at 5pm, they scheduled for the next morning, guy showed up and gave us a quote and was done in two hours. I would call them again if I ever needed any work done.

We have had three different plumbers come the last several times we have used them. All three of them have been equally careful and able whatever the situation was. We live in an older home which required a lot of pipes needing to be replaced and brought up to code due to the new faucet and disposal. I appreciated him pointing all of this out. They are absolutely dependable.

I called Village Plumbing on Monday morning and explained that I had an upstairs toilet leaking. I also mentioned that they had been out last summer for the same issue in a different bathroom. I also asked if John could be the tech who came out since he did a great job last time. They were very accommodating and we set the appt. for Tuesday between 12 & 2. They actually called me at 11:10 to ask if they could come earlier (when was the last time that happened?!). John arrived just before noon, confirmed my opinion that it was, indeed, the toilet leaking. Just as last time, he explained to me exactly what the cost would be before starting. By just after 1:00, the work was complete, and the bathroom was as clean as when he arrived.

I was very pleased with the service. John was punctual, efficient, and explained clearly what needed to be done. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers so he would not track snow through the house. He was happy to accept the Angie's List coupon.

Identified unfixable problem in old furnace during annual inspection. Sales staff came out same day. Not pushy at all provided information (pros/cons) and pricing on the spot. On day of install, the guys worked an 11 hour day to get everything complete. Very thorough, clean, and explained what they were doing as they progressed. One thing I did not like is the sales person told me that the heat pump gets me a lower electrical rate but on the day of install, he told me the lower rate does not take effect with the 13 SEER unit. Furnace has worked wonderfully but the heat pump has not worked since the day of install. I have had one technician out already and will have a second technician out this week too. This is a <14 day old heat pump and they can not figure out why it will not work? I may have to have it replaced completely? I will go back to the standard AC unit most likely as I don't trust this heat pump to work.

I called in the morning and set up an appointment for between 2-4 pm. They called at noon and said they could send someone then if that worked better. It did and he was there within 30 minutes. He evaluated the problem, explained pricing before he began and got right to work. He covered the floors to protect them from the equipment. It took about an hour to snake the drain at a few different points. He fixed a couple leaks he noticed for no extra charge. He did extensive tests after the drain was clear to make sure it was flowing properly. Great experience!

I don't remember the price as this work was done a few years ago. They did come out promptly and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I would use them again for future service.

Arrived on time previously promised and was very considerate of outside conditions (placed covers on shoes before entering the house). Looked at the problem and told me the cost and what would needed to be done. Was also very happy to accept Angie's List coupon. Fixed the problem and gave me the old parts. Then looked at my old water softener. Gave me some suggestions and an estimate for another type of system (FREE OF CHARGE).

It went very well. I called for an estimate, they arrived as planned, evaluated what I needed and explained it to me clearly. The installation was done on time and on budget. The new systems work fine, including an excellent programmable thermostat. The only imperfection was that the installers didn't know I did now want the old humidifier kept, they cut the duct to put in the humidifier control and now I have a control and a hole in the duct work that I don't like.

They were friendly and easy to work with. They weren't initially able to solve the problem, however they did come back out to fix it again. After the second trip it worked fine. We would use them again in the future.

I should have been told that the tube was frozen up. I could have taken a hairdryer and thawed it out. Instead, I paid $188 and spend every day rushing home from work to bail out the water to prevent another flood.

They came out and gave us an estimate and scheduled the installation very quickly after the estimate. They worked with us because we were on a time crunch. They also completed the work below the estimate. They were very neat when they worked also very thorough with there work.

Plumber arrived and discussed the problem. He investigated and found a cracked pipe that was leaking. He told what the cost was going to be and I agreed. He tried and tried to clear the clog with multiple devices. It seemed that the way the pipes are configured, that the snakes would not go down the drain pipe, instead they went up to the roof vent. In order to get it unclogged he had to install a clean-out access point in the basement. That allowed him to get it unclogged. Important point...he came during the Colts-San Diego game! This made me happy that he was willing to come. Problem occurred though: The next morning we noticed that there were a couple of leaks in the pipes under the sink. Called Village back and they sent him back to correct the problems. Everybody was eager to correct the problem as soon as possible and at my convenience. He came back and repaired the leak. Everything is good now. Very professional.

This was diagnostic work, but he was very thorough and contentious.

It was an emergency - my heat was out when I got home at 6:00 pm in the evening. I did the basic diagnostics, but was not sure what the problem was. I called and they said they would send someone. This was around 7:00 pm. I called again around 10:00 pm to see if they were still coming. I was told yes - but that he was still responding to other calls. He arrived around 11:30 and assessed the problem. My breaker was shot (as I feared) and the panel is old and out of production. I had to choose between my hot tub and heat - both were running - now one would. When he went to remove the breaker for the hot tub, he nearly broke it by yanking on it. When he went to remove the breaker that was the heat pump, he nearly pulled the service off the wall. It was 12:00 pm on a long day - he fixed it and I am glad - but scarred the crap out of me doing it.
