VERY UNRESPONSIVE. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PROPER MATERIALS WHEN THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE. THEY SAID THEY'D GET BACK TO ME ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, BUT THEY NEVER DID. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THEM TO COME BACK OUT, BUT THEY MISSED IT.

WE MOVED INTO A REPO (FOR THOSE THAT DON'T KNOW,EACH 'TYPE' OF REPO IS KEYED WITH THE SAME BLANK, BLANKS THAT ALL REALTORS HAVE COPIES OF) SO, WE WANTED TO GET THE LOCKS CHANGED ASAP SINCE WE HAD MOVED IN. THESE GUYS COULD COME FIRST AND HAD GOOD REPORTS ON AL. SO, HE GETS HERE AND WHILE HE IS DOING THE WORK PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THAT IF I HAD HAD HIM INSTALL JUST THE DEADBOLT AND TAKEN THE EXISTING LOCKS AND THE NEW KEY TO LOWES THEY WOULD REKEY THEM FOR 3 BUCKS EACH.(3X7=21 VS 7X9=63) THIS IS AFTER HE HAD ALREADY REKEYED MINE AND WAS WORKING ON THE DEAD BOLT. AND THE DEADBOLT FELL OUT OF ITS HOLE 3 MONTHS LATER. I WILL CERTAINLY COME AWAY FROM THIS EXPERIENCE KNOWING THAT..... LOWES REKEYS LOCKS FOR 3 BUCKS.

THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP A COUPLE OF TIMES AND WERE ABRASIVE WITH ME ON THE PHONE. THEY NEVER FIXED IT AND I REFUSED TO PAY THEM.

GREAT JOB BUT OVER TWO HOURS LATE (PAST THE RANGE FROM 1PM-3PM) FOR APPOINTMENT. NO PHONE CALL ABOUT THE DELAY, HAD TO CALL BACK TWICE TO SEE IF THEY WERE COMING OUT THAT DAY. DIDN'T FEEL LIKE THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE CARED MUCH ABOUT GETTING SOMEONE THERE. ONCE THE GUY GOT THERE HE SOUNDED LIKE HE HAD A BAD DAY. GUESS I WAS EXPECTING A BETTER EXPERIENCE BASED ON ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS. MUST HAVE BEEN UNLUCKY.

THE SERVICE MEN WERE DEFINITELY PROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS THE OFFICE PERSON THAT MADE THE ARRANGEMENTS. THIS A GREAT COMPANY TO USE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THE SERVICE VERY HIGHLY.

HE FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND HONEST. THEY ARE ALSO COURTEOUS. DID NOT CHARGE BECAUSE HE HAD WORKED WITH THE LOCK BEFORE. HE COULD HAVE CHARGED BUT HE WAS HONEST AND I APPRECIATED THAT.

THIS TOOK A MONTH LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE. THEY ORDERED THE WRONG PARTS, HAD TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE THEY WERE OVER BOOKED. THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS FINE BUT THIS WAS QUITE AN ORDEAL.
