They were awesome! They had very good suggestions for updating the outside of the lock to match the door. He had to take the dead bolt out and had to re bend the dead bolt. I feel he went above and beyond to make the front door lock work. He did not have a part for the front door that was related to updating the lock, so he came back the following day on his own time and did not bill be for him completing the job or the additional time to finish the job. They were very reasonable when it comes to price.

Technician arrived on-time, re-keyed locks, modified strike plate. He did not have the "designer" key blanks on the truck to cut extra keys and needed to order them. Key blanks arrived in about one week and he delivered them without addditional charge. I have used the company before and found it to be very reliable, competitively priced and extremely easy to do business with.

I've been having problems with the front door lock on my older home. I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong with it. It wouldn't open from the inside. I tried to repair it myself and likely did more damage. Another locksmith recommended I call Broad Ripple Lock because of their expertise in older locks. The technician called me 30 minutes before arriving so I could meet him at the house. He quickly took the door apart and put it back together. He was gone within 15 minutes and the door works better than it has in years. I should have called sooner!

Overall we were more than satisfied with the work. The doorlocks were installed within 30min. I would certainly use this locksmith in the future.
