After experiencing a few "bumps" along the way, Booher came through and did an overall excellent job.  Workers were courteous and timely.

The project could not have gone better.  The Booher Remodeling staff were extremely professional.  Their coordination with the vendors was excellent.  They provided us with a contact point and when we contacted that person they already had the specs for what we were looking for.  The Project Manager was with us all the way to completion,  The Sub Contractors were excellent as well.  Everyone we were in contact with were the best.  We would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do an upgrade to their home.

Everyone was great - very polite and considerate. Answered questions with patience. Gary was fabulous - very responsive - helpful. Wonderful to have a "go to" guy overseeing everything.

Our project manager, Curtis, solved every problem that arose. He solved them quickly and cheerfully. We had a few issues along the way. I believe that every construction project does. that wasn't a problem though, thanks to Curtis. They sent friendly, clean capable subcontractors to my house.

Everyone was on time for each needed part of the project. The plumber and electrician had large amounts of extra work to do once the bulkhead was opened up. There were some complications with the ordering of the cabineet and trim pices, and those issues were remediated over time.

This was right on the verge of A- or B+, but I stuck with A for overall grade. I had Booher remodel a screened in porch into a four seasons room that is conditioned, insulated, and now part of the main floor square footage.

Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with how the room turned out.  I was pretty happy with Booher as a general contractor.  My only complaints were the drywall contractor started work before the project manager showed up one day to put up dust protection, the carpet estimate/allownace was way too low, and the insulation contractor did some substandard work that required Booher to do 1-2 days of remediation with their own guys.    That last part regarding insulation was a bit disappointing.  I will certainly ask Booher to quote out future projects, but I will keep my options open as well given this snafu.  While the quality of the room is an A, I knocked the quality score down to B because of the poor quality of the initial insulation job. 

Booher is well organized and they have a structured process from project pre-construction phases thru project completion.   Everyone in the back office as well as the designer, selections coordinator, and project manager were great to deal with and good communicators.   Despite some hiccups (and there will always be something on any project), as soon as I made something known to Booher that I had concerns with, they were quick to jump on it and make it right no questions asked.  Excellent customer service.  

As with any remodeling project, make sure you ask ALL your questions first before signing anything, and regardless of contractor watch everything very closely.  If you don't have any "hands-on" experience, take some time to educate yourself on how things should be done (like flooring, insulation, etc) so you know what to watch for.  Don't hesitate to ask questions along the way.

A fantastic experience. Our superintendent, Curtis went above and beyond. He emailed the contractor schedule every night for the following day. He was on site regularly and made certain we were totally satisfied. He really owned the project. A great deal of time was spent making certain they knew what we wanted in advance with visual confirmation of on site discussion. Every detail was covered. in all we had flooring replaced, drywall and ceiling work, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance removal and re installation, trim, paint and pocket door installation. We couldn't be happier with Booher and Kudos to Curtis for a job well done!

This entire process was excellent! Company employees were very patient, helpful and walked me through the steps. All work was priced in detail, I was able to choose the materials used (cabinets, hardware, granite, etc.) They gave me the kitchen I always hoped to have.

Working with Booher was a great experience from start to finish.  I have already recommended them to friends.   As with any project, problems arise.... but Booher handled all of them quickly and professionally.   Gary Holliday was our project manager and he was great managing all of the contractors (tile, electrical, plumping, etc....), keeping everything on schedule, following up on items, and checking on the job frequently.  July 27th we started demolition......The project was pretty much finished on August 21st.    There was some fine tuning done 9/2.

I would give them a B on quality for drywall and painting only.

Good communication with Gary Holliday, the construction manager throughout the process. All subs were very good to deal with and answered all questions.

Went very well! We experienced one issue ( damaged cabinet upon delivery) but team handled it timely. Will definitely utilize Booher for our bathroom project.

Unfortunately, this deal was a major disappointment. The deal I purchased was for a design consultation for a kitchen, which included a $200 credit toward any work performed by the contractor. Sadly, I really only paid for a person to come out and provide a quote - there was very little actual design consultation. I did receive a picture of what my kitchen could look like if I spent $11,000 with this provider, but received almost no consultation of what colors to use to make the space work. According to the quote, we would pick out materials when it was time to do the actual construction. After I purchased the deal and made the appointment for the consultation, I made it clear that I was looking for help choosing colors and materials, as well as placement for materials (back splash, for instance) but that I did not anticipate having this contractor do the work. Since we proceeded with the appointment, I assumed this was acceptable.
The design consultant, Sabrina, came to my house and was very professional. She took measurements and took pictures, and I was hopeful.  However, the quote that I received was really just that - a quote of the work to be done based on what I told her we were thinking about doing. When I didn't see any color/design suggestions, I replied that I was looking for more thorough design selections - with specifics like, what paint color should I use given the wall color. The only response I received was a paint color for cabinets, and a generic, "add a cabinet here, use this type of counter top..." etc.

This was by no means a design consultation with recommendations. As stated above, I basically paid for someone to come and provide a quote. If you are not looking to spend thousands having a contractor do a kitchen renovation, I would not purchase this deal.
