The owner is the nicest guy possible and the whole staff are very communicative. They'll give suggestions to cheaper fixes if they exist. My Bianchi rides like new and is super functional. They thought it might take a few days, but I got a voicemail the next day to pick it up.

They did an outstanding job! They are always very helpful and the owners are very knowledgeable. I never felt like I was a and quot;newbieand quot; to cycling for asking questions that my seem amateur or dumb. They are pleasant to work with and my girlfriend loves her new Origin8!

AH-mazing service. They assisted me the whole time and continue to do every time I come in for anything from airing up tire or fixing bike from a minor wreck. I will never go anywhere else.

I shopped around town for a new bike for quite a while. At other bike shops, salespeople were either uninterested in helping me out or just busy helping others. I was looking for a pretty, quality bike that I could use to ride around the city. I think I went to at least four other places before I found Bikes on Mass Ave. They were open later than other shops which was great for my schedule. The clerk was very busy, but made sure to help everyone as soon as they walked in the store. When I didn't like the color of the display bike, he went to the back and got one out of a box for me. I liked it but it wasn't the bike for me. He didn't get annoyed at all and went the extra mile to look at online inventory. He found the bike I had been interested in online. It was the perfect color and size for me! I was so happy and we processed the order immediately. It came in the next week and when we went to pick it up, it was assembled and waiting for me! I have never been so happy with a purchase or with the quality of service I received at Bikes on Mass Ave. The shop is wonderful and full of inventory. The staff is helpful and don't try to push bikes that are out of budget. I would go back for any other bike needs and look forward to shopping with them again soon!
