First attempt at my concrete leveling was subpar- messy and uneven, but after complaining and having manager out, all was fixed and made right. They also fixed the lawn where they tore up and left messy where my buried downspout extensions were.

It was a lot work, but our basement is much dryer. The mold is gone and the air quality is much healthier.

I had a misunderstanding with Basement Systems and their management called me within minutes and sorted everything out. These guys really care about their customers. Aaron and Hershel were amazing installers, adaptable, efficient, and polite. This company is the real deal.

Stay away from this company! Salesman promises what you want, then once the workers get there AND already start the job they tell you what their salesman contracted to do isn t even possible and then you re stuck with whatever they are willing to do. There were multiple mistakes, oversights and issues they ran into. In one instance they flat out lied about it to try to pass the blame to someone else. They also try to demand FULL payment the second they finish before you can have it checked out. Not much later, when their work proved faulty due to a mistake on their part and you call for help, you are sent to a voicemail and they never even return your call. Don t become their next victim!

Great company to work with! A few difficulties came up that was not in the estimate in our project, and Master Service took care of the issues unforeseen additional work themselves.

I hired Master Service Companies to level my garage floor concrete slab using their foam injection technology. The service technician explained everything he was going to do before he proceeded. He answered all my questions I had at that time. The service technician, the visiting estimator, and the entire company was excellent to work with.

This company was great from the start secretary was nice she gave us a the details of what was going to happen . and she let us know who was coming out to do the estimate and gave us a booklet of whats going to happen with the underneath the home. Terry is Really nice guy he gave us all the details what we need to do( because our crawl space was full of debrie ) and then what they need to do. He set us up in goals to help us achieve them . he gave us a 72 hour notice before he arrived. Very good at what he does . we still have yet to complete the work because we wanted to wait until spring when they had more people trained. But all in all great experience.

Workers were very nice and friendly! Explained what they were doing and asked me if I had any questions! Very happy with them!

The men did a great job. They explained everything,did what they agreed to do, cleaned up after. The area looks much better but you can see the repairs more than I would have liked. I have a 3 year guarantee against it sinking again.

This company is an outstanding one. I wish most of the companies around us are just like it. Master Dry kept the communication open by email and phone and was on top of everything. It is not cheap though but you get what you pay for! I will hire and recommend this company to families and friends.

The only problem I have is, I believe one of the pile jacks was place in the wrong place on foundation. The sketch show it on the left side and it was place on the front under porch which I don’t think is doing a lot for house foundation. Other than that the job went great. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to hire.

They came in began doing their work with no delays. The crew chief answered all my questions and explained everything as they were going through all the steps needed to complete the job. When complete they dis a great job of cleaning up. I have told others about how well they were. They contacted a short time after to ensure I was happy with what they had done. Great people to work with.
