Poor communication, unfinished work and subpar treatment of our trees (including damage done) earns this provider a 'D' in my book. Would not recommend, and will not use again.

Rick, Bartlett's rep came out promptly at the appointed time. He listened to my concerns and together we inspected the trees on our residential lot. Rick inspected and analyzed my tree problems. He showed me the signes of infestation on my trees and explained the appropriate remedies and approximate cost. Within a couple of days I received an email proposal. The estimate was precisely detailed and fully priced. A hard copy of the estimate was received as well. We reviewed and returned a signed copy of the estimate to Bartlett and they promptly scheduled and completed the work per their estimate. In our case access to our property was not an issue, so Bartlett could schedule the treatments when they were in my neighborhood. They immediately sprayed the diseased trees, then trimmed our trees within a few weeks. Later in the fall they performed follow up treatments. All the work was excellent, the trees were carefully trimmed, debris cleaned up and they look great. Since the work was spread out over several months due to the proper application of chemicals, we were only billed for the work as it was completed. We are very satisfied and have already scheduled Bartlett to care for our trees again this Spring.

I have used Bartlett Tree in years past for tree trimming and remain impressed with their work and their professionalism. I requested a quote last summer for EAB preventative treatment for my Ash tree and for trimming my birch tree. They performed the EAB treatment in the summer and in the fall I contacted them to ask if their quote for the trimming of the Birch tree was still good. They assured me it was and also that he 10% off Reach coupon I had was still good. My tree looks good - very neat and well balanced since they reduced the crown height and spread. I also appreciate the fact that they are very responsive to emails - makes doing business with them very efficient.

It went very well. i like this company because they have a certified arborist that really is knowledgeable and can answer all your questions and performs a professional service. You may pay a little more, but you pay for quality!

I am happy with them. My representative is Mr. Barker and I can only deal with him. Even if I'm not satisfied with him, I can't talk to anyone else. He promised to do all these things after the draught, but he has never done anything. They are extremely expensive. If they performed well, I wouldn't mind paying the fees, but I don't feel like they are satisfactory. I would not recommend them.

I had a positive experience with them. I don’t know if the guy who came out was the owner. He is an arborist. We live in an older neighborhood with a lot of big trees. He just walked all through our yard and looked at all of our trees. He made recommendations on all of them and drew up a plan. I could pick what I could afford and what I wanted to do. All we did out of his whole plan was we just had our two beech trees sprayed. We couldn’t afford anything else. They aren’t cheap but I got an expert to tell me what needs to be done. I would use them again in the future.

They were great. We had some mowers who killed some of our trees so they came out and planted three trees in the back yard. They also came back earlier in the Summer because some of them were starting to grow crooked so they wired them down and supported them to straighten them out. I will use them in the future.

A on everything. Company gave reasonable estimate. They were very professional and friendly. They didn't leave one twig or leaf behind when they finished. An A is too low for their service.

They have been very delegant and treating our trees. They fertilize our trees and prune. We have been very please and excellent.

The work was performed over the course of a few weeks as different teams came out to perform the services. This gave me comfort each group knew their job. The cabling and trimming has not been done yet, but should be completed soon. Since then I have called Rick about another tree issue. I will continue to use them going forward.
