I recently had a new home addition completed by the Aventus Team. My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome and the fact that they full customized the entire room addition to our liking. Communication was excellent during the process. The team was very responsive at all hours of the day and night and were always very responsive to take care of any issues that may have come up during construction. I will hire again.

Aventus completed a 1600 sqft 2bedroom 1 bath addition (in-law suite)for my home. Communication was excellent. The project manager Brianda worked closely with me throughout the project. The permit process is very lengthy and we had some material back order delays but the process overall was timely and I couldn?t be more pleased with the outcome.

Update: this company did very poor work for us the further we got. Flooring,plumbing,electrical, sunroom add on,fencing,garage remodel to studio apt. Wrong permits or no permits pulled at all. Fence fell-nails sticking out,little concrete. Sunroom had only 2 small windows-not what we asked for. Wanted to charge us more for what we asked for. Floors failed. Had to be redone and are failing again. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No permits pulled for garage apt which means no inspections done. No plans given to us even though we asked. Steps off addition collapsed. Will nit make things right unless he is forced and even then not a good job done. Cut corners. Over paid him for poorly done work. HVAC was not done properly-they have no clue how to do it right Would not hire these guys. Mario talks a good game but does not follow through once he is hired. Stay away!

We added a 264 sq Ft addition (12’ x 22’) off the kitchen, where the former patio was located. The project was completed with ship lap, a vaulted ceiling, and 9 Pella windows. A mini split supplies heat and a/c extremely well. The former sliding door from the kitchen to the patio was replaced with a French door. In addition, a portico was added to the front of the home. The crew was efficient, friendly, did daily clean up, and did excellent carpentry. The crew chief, Saul Fuentes, was outstanding and very meticulous. He had some great ideas to enhance the project aesthetics. We also had a 20’ x 20’ TimberTech composite deck added. The electrician did a great job running the 110 and 220 volt lines back to a secondary panel he added next to the primary panel. In summary, we highly recommend Aventus Contractors of Castleton, Indiana.

Aventus group did an awesome job rebuilding our 18 year old deck. They were responses and very professional. We are so pleased with the deck that we are going to use them for our master bathroom upgrade and planned 2026 kitchen upgrade.

Great company to work with. They are understanding, flexible, and have a good eye for design. We needed major repairs from tree and water damage so needed a new roof and the sunroom replaced with a covered patio. There were some miscommunications along the way and it was stressful at times but the project managers worked through resolving each and every problem and were always friendly.

Mario and team have done 5 projects for me. They all work until the jobs are completed to customer satisfaction! I would highly recommend working with Aventus.

Aventus Builders did such a great job on our basement renovation. Mario stayed within budget, working with me when unexpected things came up so we could stay within the budget. Alex and his crews who did the demolition and installs were courteous, timely, and worked their tails off. The painters and carpet installers also did a great job. The carpet installers finished the entire basement in one long day! Project manager Brianda was very responsive, even on weekends when needed. I was very impressed with everyone I interacted with at Aventus and highly recommend them!

These people did a wonderful job and more importantly stuck to the original quoted price. I was on a strict budget so that meant a lot to me! Also, the project managers Brianda and Tiffany were in constant contact and very professional. There are always hiccups with a remodel/construction project, and there were some here but nothing that wasn’t rectified. Thank you Aventus!

Mario and his team converted a loft into a bedroom, including framing, drywall, electrical, trim and painting. They also replaced the carpet with hardwood floors.

Built a new garage, came out exactly as I had envisioned it.

Cato & I are DELIGHTED with our renovations! Our primary suite is the restorative, tranquil space I could only envision. While I selected the colors, Molly & Logan designed the space and made us see the possibilities. Thank you. HUGE shout out to Brandon & Fortino for putting up with us not once but twice! During the course of the two projects, we learned how to communicate & work together. There are always snafus, unexpected delays, and unanticipated issues. They worked very hard to mitigate what they could and rectify what they could not. Highly recommend Aventus Group!

We enjoyed using Aventus. They were easy to work with and allowed us to perform some of the work ourselves. Whenever issues occurred they were willing to take responsibility and fix the problem.

Definitely plan to use them in the future for additional projects!

This company is awesome. I feel I hit the jack pot. The team that put the floors in was amazing. Very detailed went above and beyond. The owners Fatherâ s on site and helping install the floors. What a great guy. His passion to ensure the customer was satisfied about the quality of work and just a heart of gold.

They were extremely efficiency and the crew was very professional . They were open to changes that we asked during the project and gave us what we wanted! Recommend them .

We contracted Aventus to build a large 2-story addition onto our home to add about 1000 sq ft. Bottom-line, we love the final product and would hire them again. We worked with our own architect in advance of getting bids from contractors so we had a detailed, specific idea of what we wanted done, and could make an apples-to-apples comparison between different bids. Mario, the owner, was very responsive throughout the bidding process, and we revised the bid several times to try to ensure everything was covered and we were on the same page. It was a complicated build involving matching existing floor and ceiling heights, new HVAC and plumbing systems, a steel support beam, and connecting different rooflines. Aventus' final bid was competitive with the other bids, and Mario's communication The highlight of the entire experience, and why we will work with Aventus again, is the network of craftsmen that Mario brought onto the project. Each of the subcontractors did really high quality work. We stayed in our home during the entire renovation, and were impressed with how respectful and thoughtful the workers were throughout construction. We had no concerns with them being around our children, they routinely cleaned and organized the site during different construction phases, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. In particular, the project manager, Saul Fuentes, was worth his weight in gold. He listened to what was important to us, and it was clear he did not cut any corners in any stage of the process. Our 60+ year old house foundation had settled, sloping more than an inch across some stretches. Saul and his crew were able to build a level surface, connecting the old to the new, and matching up to our floor and ceilings. Working with him felt very collaborative, where we were able to solve design problems together to get things the way we wanted them, while still being secure, to code, and built solid. The flooring and trim carpenter, Jorge, was meticulous in getting finish details perfect and matching up to our existing house. Bumps: The permitting process was agonizingly long. Some of that is undoubtedly bureaucracy from Marion County (compounded by our home being at the edge of a floodplain zone). Permits for our project were subcontracted out by Aventus to Rivera Group, who we were *not* impressed with, and both we and Aventus had to reach out to them multiple times to shepherd things along. There were also some additional costs incurred during building that we didn't become aware of until the end, but we were able to work with Mario in reaching an agreement we felt was fair. These issues are not unique to Aventus, and Mario was transparent about the things they learned during the process too. We would happily work with Aventus again!
